Shortly after having moved in, I noticed all these lil bugs started coming out from the brick entryway in the front of our house. I thought, whatever they were, at least they weren't in the house. At that time, I'd sometimes get up at 3AM to get ready for work. ..... Walk in the bathroom, flip on the light and I'm having an eye level stare-down with one of those GIANT bugs from outside on the garage, but now on the mirror in the master bath - 2nd floor, opposite side of the house. And I figured out what these things probably were. MASSIVE MAMMOTH FEARLESS COCKROACHES I was basically in a full blown pani for the next 24 hours. Heartland came out and confirmed all over the brick entryway we're roach babies! Simply put - They took care of it QUICK! This was on the weekend, they came out Mon or Tue (my next days off.) I never saw a roach after that but, if I did, they said to contact them and they'll come out again no addl charge. My next house - ant problem. They took care of it w one visit. Current house - that fall a few years back where spiders were CRAY - I had wolfers all over my deck we couldn't go out there. One visit they took care of it. My security cameras verified this. Calling Fenix office; they contacted Andrew to come back and finish the job; which he did. Two weeks later, I receive a bill for service. Calling Fenix office discovery is made that Andrew forgot to turn in my payment. Disappointed with the company, I cancel my service. Now the Fenix Pest Control wants a $200 cancellation fee. Really?
