I called NUMEROUS times to get the team back out here to address the raccoon as Christopher who sold me the package explained they may need to trap and remove before sealing things up. A few spots around the chimney need sealed. The original day they came to do the job, those guys didnt even know they needed to use a scope to look in the chimney. From that day on, my phone calls are not being returned, NO ONE has come back to FINISH the job. Wouldnt recommend. Filing a dispute with BBB and credit card company.

Recently, we had a change in exterminators - our previous one changed jobs. I tried to re-schedule our appointment in May because I wasn't available when he was. It's now the middle of July, and he still hasn't re-scheduled with us. It's also difficult to get him to schedule according to my schedule. I understand he's busy, but without a bit of accommodation, he won't have a customer anymore. We have to meet to exchange keys, but the tenants need a 24-hour notice that he's coming. I can't do that when he calls me the day before and says I'll be there tomorrow. I do wish this could be worked out.
