Anyway, the pub was nice, and reasonably quiet as well, though the beer selection really wasn't all that great. However, as I have suggested, this place does happen to be one of Brisbane's outer suburbs, so I guess one shouldn't really expect too much.

I was suspicious when I placed order for medium well steak and it was out faster than mcdonalds ?. 6min. sent a plate back to get the topper eggs n seafood when it came back they did not even keep the steak n chips warm so it was cold and salad soggy I could not be stuffed complaining anymore left food and yes went to mcdonalds

Service was great and you can't beat the location. Aside from that, it's a pretty average motel. Rooms are dated, but large and very clean. My husband and I got a kick out of the lack of "normal extras" (hairdryer, iron, phone...), albeit I'm sure they had these around on request. Wouldn't be my first choice next time I'm in Jervis Bay, but if you're looking for a budget-friendly motel with a great location, it's not a bad place to stay. You get what you pay for with this place - focus on the low price and you'll be happy with your stay. Again, staff is great and the couldn't fault it for cleanliness.
