This kind of negativity makes for a very unpleasant experience, and honestly, it made me want to take my business elsewhere. Aside from that, the store itself is okay in terms of selection and cleanliness, but the atmosphere is completely ruined by the lack of warmth and professionalism from the staff. It's a shame because this could be a decent spot if the customer service improved. I hope the management takes notice and works to address this issue because first impressions matter, and this one was far from good.

Most places RUSH you out of the store 15 mins before closing time, like the store right next to me, but at WGB the guys are willing to help you even if it's time to close. The only bad thing I would say is that their prices are higher than most and a small bottle of wine might run you 2x as much. But you take that into account for other things like them being open until 11:00 pm.

The store is a small space, but they make the most out of it. They always have a wide variety of craft beers both local and from afar. If they don't have what you want, they will make an effort to get it for you, or help you find it some where.
