The customer service number I asked the guy where are they located, said they were in Utah. Both customer service representatives sounded like they were from Philippines. Which may have been a coincidence, but in the day and age where companies are trying to get cheap labor and distancing their problems from their image, it would seem like they use overseas customer service services. I scheduled for them to do a rodent visit, since I found mice/rat droppings in my garage. I communicated through their automated message to make sure the agent coming by knows I would not be able to be there at a certain time and would like them to come when I could open the garage. The system said it would pass the message. It is 1145 and the person has not shown up. This morning I called to verify the agent coming would give me a call so I could make sure I am here and to make sure they understood to come early. They haven't called. I doubt they even got the message. If I'm paying for a monthly pest control service I don't expect to be buying rat traps/poison out of pocket. This is unsat!

We spoke on a Monday morning and he had a technician scheduled for Wednesday afternoon. Loved the quick turnaround. I was traveling on Wednesday but left the house prepared for the technician and a key for entry. They had my phone number if there were an issues, but none arose. Normally they ask for the home being empty for 6 hours. Since I was away, I'd be gone for 24 and let them know they could really blast the place. :) My technician was Tyler and he did great. When I returned, I ventilated the space and followed the after-care steps (mostly regular and routine vacuuming). It's now been a week since the treatment and, best I can tell, the fleas are gone. I'd definitely work with Pest-X again.

I got a call from Sandra saying it had to be rescheduled because of the rain. So, she scheduled it for Saturday, today, between 8a-10a. My husband called me at work and said no one had shown up. So I called Sandra and she told me she wouldn't have rescheduled the Termite Inspection because the rain didn't affect that, and that Cody was running behind for the mosquito treatment. I said, 2 hrs behind and no one calls to let us know and she said we'll I can't help that. So, she basically called me a liar and didn't reschedule the service that I had been told would take place on the initial visit. Of course I canceled the service immediately.
