I wish I could say something better about this company, but after they took care of our pest issue inside, nothing was good about this company. We also had the mosquito package for outdoors and that didn't help much. The main issue with this company is their shady sales tactics and practices. We had a year contract and that is fine, but are contract just ended and we did not want to renew, we called a few days before contract was up and tried to cancel. We were met with another push to keep service, which I understand. We declined. We were asked what the issue was and we said the inside issue is resolved, but the mosquitos were still bad, and we just don't want the service anymore. Service person said, he can send someone out to spray one more time for mosquitos, for free. We said we are not home, so no, thank you. Service person says you don't need to be home and it is free. We said ok. Then he tries to sell us a month by month plan, we decline. After that we think nothing of it. Few days later we get charged for the service that was "free". Called back to make sure we are canceled and find out why we were charged, turns out because we didn't call them back the same or next day after service person, so we were charged, which makes no sense whatsoever. If we had declined this last "free" service we would not have been charged $101 We got no refund. So all in all, shady, money grubby company that you should stay away from, shut your door in their face if they come knocking read more

They assured me during the sales pitch that they could treat the interior using essential oils since I have a chemical-free household. But when it came time to do the service, they said they don't offer that service. Wouldn't let me out of the contract since they lied, and then said they would make an exception and do the service. DO NOT RECCOMEND. Paid for pest service but saw a bunch of ants and other insects on my house in groups. Reached out to 2 different people on 2 occassions and they completely ignored me. Horrible service considering they dont care that they aren't doing the 1 single job theyre responsible for. Been over a month and still havent seen or heard from them.
