I stopped into Revive out of happenstance for botox and was thrilled to learn I'd be seeing my previous injector--Dr Elizabeth. Id gotten off track with my skin care after covid, and after following her from a couple places she worked at in MA had lost connection and was so happy to have randomly reconnected, after years! Elizabeth sees beyond 'the service' you're in for--doesn't want to willy nilly fill you up with fillers--she takes the total structure of your face into account, is particular about facial balance, takes your long term goals into mind, is honest, kind and realistic about working towards the best you. As long as you're clear about your goals-and even if you don't know exactly what you need but want to improve--you'll get a map and starting point. I went here because my beloved doctor decided to retire from Botox. This place was recommended by a friend who spoke very highly of it. The first appointment with Lexi was nice, didn't feel rushed but I waited at least 15 minutes to been seen. The second appointment I waited for 10 minutes in the waiting room, then another 15 minutes in the patient room, I was about to leave when Sarah came in. Sarah was fake friendly and rushed through my service. I got the feeling they were seeing as many patients as humanly possible so I have taken my business elsewhere. Found this place on tik tok and was excited to get off the wait list. I went in for a Restore Facial which was advertised as 60 min, but it was certainly not that long. I was in the building for just about 60 minutes total including check-in, changing, waiting for technician, and check out. My main goal of my facial was for relaxation but it wasn't a particularly relaxing experience. It seemed like the whole experience was rushed with little attention to luxury. It's a beautiful spa, but I could hear everything going on in the whole spa as the walls of the suites don't go up to the ceiling. Overall fell short of my expectations read more

This place makes you feel like part of the family. I've been to every provider from Botox to filler to an amazing facial. Everyone is so helpful and I have never felt rushed or felt like my opinion didn't matter. We always discuss all options, and come up with a plan together. Check them out if you want a great experience. Front of the house staff gets to know you after the first visit too, it's always great to be greeted with kindness. I've been coming to revive for laser treatments bbl and halo. Everytime I come in, everyone is so nice. The front desk girls are so happy and helpful. And everytime I see Sarah she answers so many questions for me and lets me take up so much of her time. I really think it's one of the best medspas I've been to. read more

Beware of Dr. Elizabeth (who is not a doctor). I went in expecting to get some filler in the sides of my lower jaw and she came in and said no we are working on the area between the nose and mouth. I was overwhelmed and honestly felt a bit bullied. She did not take the time to explain. I was not familiar with what she was doing and I chose to trust her. MISTAKE! DO NOT GO HERE FOR UNDEREYE FILLER!!! This review is long overdue. Hands down my most regretful decision coming to Revive to see Elizabeth in July 2024 for my under eyes. Start to finish a truly horrible experience. I booked for undereye filler but was on the fence about doing filler or PRF/PRP. When I arrived Elizabeth was still with another client so I was brought into a room to wait until she finished. The receptionist takes out numbing cream and proceeds to tell me that she needs to put it on in preparation of the service. I told her I haven't even discussed a plan with Elizabeth yet and don't even know if i'm a good candidate for undereye filler or not but I let her put the cream on anyways. I was sitting in that empty room for 40 mins before Elizabeth came in and was stressed to the max. I thought about just walking out and in hindsight really wish I did. She comes in and accesses my undereyes and says she believes undereye filler is best and then doing PRP/PRF . It was the complete opposite of what she promotes on her social media but I regretfully trusted her. She's hands down one of the smoothest talkers i've ever met but it's all a huge act to make her and her spa seem more upscale and advanced. don't let that fool you. After she finishes and goes over aftercare she proceeds to tell me that if I have questions or concerns over the next week they'll be unreachable because the spa was shutting down for a 4th of July team getaway... I was really upset I was being told that at the end of the service. l would've never gone through with such a major treatment to my face had I known that which is probably why they didn't say anything. The second I got into my car I could instantly see my undereyes looked way worse than before. I messaged the office and was told it was normal swelling and that it will go down. The raised areas where the filler was injected never went away because here I am almost a year later about to have it dissolved by a cosmetic surgeon. I've gone to multiple consultations over the past 9 months and every injector and doctor i've shown my before and after photos to has said they wouldn't have done undereye filler on me. I've spent the last 9 months hating the way my undereyes look more than ever and finally gained the courage to do something about it. If you're considering undereye filler don't make the mistake I did by going to Elizabeth at Revive. Go see an actual cosmetic doctor and make sure you stick to your gut if you don't feel completely content at your service. I would give zero stars if I could !!! read more

This medical spa is so amazing and Maria and Tiffany are so friendly and helpful. It as great to find out in my consult that Maria is an RN, so that put me at ease that she had seen every problem and I was in good care of a medical professional. Tiffany is super nice and helpful managing the packages you purchase and booking appointment, etc. CONSULT My first consult for hair removal and other services was streamlined and nice. It didn't take very long and Maria asked helpful questions. She is also willing to answer any questions that you may have which makes you feel comfortable. Maria has such a gentle, kind demeanor- I've not met anyone so nice at any spa or medical office! TREATMENT I went in for laser hair removal and my first treatment was bikini so it can be intimidating to do but Maria made it easy and it was very convenient and it did not take very long to do the appointment so I was very pleased. Looking forward to the results as I go. I also decided to book even more hair removal areas. ENVIRONMENT This spa is so clean and neat and inviting. It's such a modern decor yet still comfortable and inviting. The ladies also wear all black and look so neat and put together, you get that spa feel even though you are getting medical grade treatment. THAT was probably my #1 reason to choose them- I wanted medical grade treatment in a spa setting. PARKING usually you can get an on-street spot very close by with no issue and if not, there are various parking lots not far away. Never an issue and I also love walking around after my appointment to shop at one of the nearby boutiques, etc. So nice in downtown East Greenwich. I highly recommend this medical spa- they are so great. I will be having so many other types of treatments done- they do everything from laser facials to Diva treatment and hair removal and more so I will probably be seeing them several times per month for years! read more
