This is a great find and a gem tucked away on Post Road. I had a massage yet it was a healing more than a massage. Hot stones and a light massage using crystals and chakra alignment. When I went in I was stressed and when I left I left a different person. This is a must try for anyone who needs emotional and physical healing. Kelli is a healer and this session was nothing but magical. I will return for sure. The spa is impeccably clean, and has a beautiful waiting area to find some peace before your session. I've had both a massage and facial with Kelly. She is absolutely fantastic. Both services were so calming and relaxing. I had an appointment booked before Covid and unfortunately it had to be canceled for obvious safety reasons. I can't wait for Kelly to open back up (when all this craziness is over). Is there an option for negative stars??? Where do I begin? No one answers the phone...ever, that's because there is no receptionist. I was gifted a Groupon for a 90min massage. I couldn't book an appointment through the the website using Apple Safari so showed up in person to book an appointment, and waited for 20 minutes in the reception area for someone to come out. I assume this was the business owner who walked out to "greet" me, but she barley greeted me before telling me that bookings are through appointment only. I explained to her that my Groupon was expiring, and she didn't even let me finish explaining before dismissing me to deal with Groupon, saying that she was all booked up. There was clearly a breakdown of communication that had ensued for about 3 mins, before she told me she was too busy to "go back and forth" and basically asked me to leave. There were no harsh words or sarcasm from my end at all. This was by far the rudest person I have encountered in a while, and she's running a massage and wellness business. TERRIBLE VIBES. I would not recommend this woman or her business to anyone. She's flat out does not deserve to be in business. Absolutely terrible people skills and customer service. I have been supper stressed out with school and work and was looking for a massage that would stop my back from aching. I went on groupon and got a $50 hot stone massage. When I arrived the salon is very small. It doesn't feel like a spa, it's just small rooms with massage tables. When I got there, I was greeted by a woman( forgot her name) she told me to fill out a form asking about accidents and skin conditions, then she couldn't find me on groupon, so that wasted more time. We started the massage at 920 the massage was done at 950. I paid for a hour, I recommend getting there 10 mins early, because regardless of start time your massage will end within the your booked time slot. The massage is based on energy chakras and holistic healing. She rubbed we with stones and oil and kept spraying this cented mist on my face and body. I didn't like the scent of the spray. I wanted a massage that was going to help with the aches. She just lightly rubbed me I need to be pressed hard. I left still feeling achy. Maybe I should have booked a deep tissue massage instead. I won't be going back because I didn't like the location. My phone had no service in the building and I couldn't post my video on snapchat lol. My experience was ok. read more

Strange massage in many different ways. What bothered me the most was her spraying aromatherapy in the air and it would land on my face/body. Not a fan. She does not get much of a history from you in terms of what areas you would like worked on. Didnt know it also included chakra. read more

I got a massage from Groupon. When I got there, I asked if we were doing the hot stone or the rain drop and Kelli told me it's a combination of both plus chakras.. I was like wait what? I was a huge skeptic when it came to spiritual stuff. So I let her do her stuff for that one hour, I don't know what she did but I walked out feeling so much lighter, and I am not talking about physically lighter. I am booking for another session! I had a wonderful experience with Kelli when I went for an anti aging facial. Kelli is warm, inviting, and exceptional in her work. I addition to the amazing facial itself Kelli does light massage work on the arms, hands, chest, neck and upper back all while treating your face and skins personal needs. I found this place on Groupon and it was very clear that the massage was a mix of hot stone, chakra healing with reiki and more. I'm not sure why so many negative reviews, maybe the advertisement needed changing but it was explicitly clear what I was getting before I went. Kelli is amazing! I've never had a reiki and massage session together and am so happy I tried the combination! She explained so much before hand with a ton of detail and care and then worked out all my knots and healed with stones for the reiki piece. I left feeling like a new woman. The massage was disappointing. I was particularly upset by the fact that they put massage oil in my hair- not just a little for that matter! I left with greasy looking hair and was forced to go home to wash my hair (which I had just done that morning) so I didn't look like a hot mess in public. The massage was supposed to be 75 minutes but it was barely 60. Finally, one of the hot stones was so hot it was burning the bottom of my foot. That was how my massage ended so I guess that was a perfect ending to a not so perfect massage. read more

Would give 0 stars but I can't. I booked a massage with this place 3 months in advance for my boyfriend's birthday. The woman cancelled the week of the massage and rescheduled, then she didn't show up to the reschedule. So he never got his birthday present and we wasted a drive up to Warwick. Skin and Soul is a fantastic 5 star spa. It is clean, relaxing and very welcoming. I get my lashes done by Erin and microcurrent done by Kelli. My lashes are flawless, Erin is professional and meticulous which makes for a very comfortable experience. I am always satisfied with the outcome. Kelli is very knowledgeable and personable which put me more at ease trying something new. I noticed my results immediately after my first session with the microcurrent and I am very pleased. I don't understand why there arent much reviews of this place!! I found the place on groupon and tried it out then i absolutely loved Kelly and her massage so i just settled to this place. The massage i usually get is 60 or 90 minutes chakra something massage - sorry i just say 'i want the same one as last time' so i forgot what its called. But she really understands your needs and really help you with it. My shoulders are always tight and sore so i tried couple massage places near by but i think i finally found the one that really helps me. Kelly is really kind and nice. Some spa places I've tried doesnt build such connections with their customer - i felt like heres your massage, done, bye~ kind of thing. but kelly builds this connection with you where you would really feel relaxed and let your stresses disappear. I can't even really express it in words.. i really recommend you try the place out!! read more

HORRIBLE! I've gotten plenty of massages over the years, many through Groupon and I never experienced anything like this. After waiting for half and hour without acknowledgement, I was greeted with "Oh, I didn't know you were there", followed by "Oh well!" After redeeming my Groupon, she proceeded to tell me over and over how "out of the goodness of my heart" she takes Groupon customers on Saturdays (after cancelling my first appointment) and that she doesn't "make a penny" from Groupon. Then, she told me that she was getting a negative energy from me that was scaring her and that she doesn't want it transferring to her...Umm what? First, see your appointments on time or at least let people know you are running late instead of ignoring them. Second, stop treating your Groupon customers like we're begging for change AND last I checked, people pay money for massages to help relieve stress and anxiety. She handed me a "refund" of $40 for a $60 Groupon again "out of the goodness of her heart" and I left wondering what the hell just happened... read more
