So I decided to give this place another shot (pun intended) because I just knew I was on the verge of getting sick.. and honestly, I couldn't have been more pleased with the service, environment, and overall the results from my infusion! First things first, when you walk into the main office, you can't help but notice how CLEAN it is.. I immediately felt comforted knowing how cleanly and updated the space was, even before getting my infusion. When you arrive, you'll give the office assistant a brief medical history. I think that part's important because they can help provide additional information about what infusion could be within your best interest. The last time I was there, I wasn't aware of the website that had all of their IV options and the prices listed. Would really recommend checking out the website and scrolling their choices.. The infusion room is hip, clean, warm, and VERY relaxing. The phlebotomists or nurses are seemed to be trained pretty well at placing IV's because they got mine in a matter of seconds and the best part-- it was not painful AT ALL! I'm so glad I decided to come here and check out Dr. Petteruti's team. But, one thing I found a bit challenging was locating the office itself-- I would recommend putting the location into a GPS app to make it easier. She talk to me for a while on the phone about the different trips, and it felt like she truly cared. She recommended the power pack to help with increasing my energy.
