They have a good selection of Alcohol Inks and Mica pigment powder. The powder lasts forever, as you only need a small amount. Cashing out is also easy and staff is genuinely really nice and laid back. This business is a blessing to have in Richmond. Their prices are quite reasonable too. The Vietnamese owner (I believe he is the owner) is very accommodating. He always makes me feel that everything can be done. However, there is another associate, Kelvin, who is just the opposite. He rushes through the designing process. He is quite impatient. We designed a poster board together and I felt rushed choosing the font I like. We finally decided on it and when I picked it up, it was a totally different one. I guess this job is quite small compared to their business services and he's not giving it the attention every customer wants. I'd still give them 4-stars just because the owner is very nice.
