However, Catherine does the billing with insurance company. I will leave out the details of questionable billing practices to the insurance company. After I brought a problem to her attention that I thought I was helping to reconcile she turned it against me, accused me of untrue things, called me and my husband numerous times, even called and pressured me when I was in the hospital just out of surgery, emailed me and more. Never received any invoices or statements from this office yet I'm accused of being delinquent on payments when in fact I don't owe anything. On top of all of this she abruptly terminated my sessions with my therapist I was seeing over 2 years. That was devastating! She won't release my records. It's been 4 traumatic months dealing with her, the insurance company and trying to find a new therapist!!!! Stay away!

I've been having issues with Optum RX getting my shot to my provider on time, and Lauren has done everything possible to ensure that she has my shot well in advance. Plus, every time I see her, we pick up right where we left off. With the previous group, each time was like I was a new patient. With Lauren, you can tell she really cares about you and knows her patients like she knows her own family. The fact that I don't have to remember where I got my shot the last time is an added bonus rarely found with any physician. Now, on to their front desk people. They're like a mini welcoming committee. They're friendly and sociable and they make coming in to the office each time much more pleasant than I could have ever expected.
