The front desk staff is extremely sweet and though I'm 23 (too old to not know how to follow instructions), they made sure to go over my paperwork with me and make sure that everything was filled out correctly. My nurse ran some preliminary exams and explained which tests I'd be taking. Doctor Kathy was A M A Z I N G! She is such a pleasure to speak to. In addition to talking to me about my health, she just took a general interest in me and my personal/professional life and it was something that improved my overall experience. I'd recommend anyone to make Dr. Kathy their primary.

Dr. Camille Blake, D.O. is my primary care physician and I am happy coming to this practice. This is a smaller practice as there aren't an entire list of Dr's but I have not had any issues with scheduling. I needed a wellness visit and was able to get an appointment for the very next day. In addition, when I initially established care, the process was quick and simple. I believe I waited about month for an appointment, but I expected this as I was a new patient. I have always been called back shortly after checking in. The nurses are good about communicating an approximate wait time (to see Dr. Blake) once I get back to the exam room. Dr. Blake is extremely knowledgeable. She is friendly and thorough. What I love most is that she takes the time to listen to my concerns. I also love that she takes notes on what I am saying so I am confident that her dictated note will accurately reflect my visit. The staff seem to care about the patients. They are knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Blake's nurse, Linda is great. We played phone tag one day and each time we missed each other, she called back. I have had experiences in the past, with other practices where it takes a few days for a returned call. Linda listened to my concerns via phone and even recommended some over the counter medication to address my symptoms. If you are looking for a primary care physician, I am confident that this practice accepts most insurance. They are highly recommended. LOCATION: The medical offices are located at the TMH Emergency Center off of Thomasville road. PARKING: Ample parking in a parking lot. I appreciate that there is no parking fee.

For more than…read more70 years it was always an ordeal, but now I'm not concerned at all about "going to the dentist." I've recommended him to several people, and they've all been satisfied. (One of his dental hygienists could learn a gentler touch, but the one I've gotten the last few times has been very easy on the teeth and gums.) I'll continue to send people to him.

That showed me that he does not have very good bedside manner and dismissed my role in the care being rendered. His demeanor made me question his ability and training. Does he not recognize that care should be family centered especially when caring for a child. It made it hard for me to speak with him, trust his judgement, and believe that he has a genuine interest in my child's care/health. Otherwise, the other staff members were very professional and friendly.
