Sensory Link Pediatric Therapy is the best place in our area for occupational, speech, and physical therapy for kids with a wide variety of needs. The owner is an occupational therapist (OT) who treats kids at this location. She is personally invested in the success of the business and the children that she treats. We've been seeing an OT here since they opened over four years ago. A few years ago we added speech. They emphasize sensory input to help regulate and get children back in sync. They have several excellent feeding therapists for children that have trouble eating certain textures, moving food within their mouth, swallowing, gagging, or aversions to certain types of food. They are also excellent at helping children with hand writing and use the Hand Writing Without Tears system. Every employee here loves kids & their job. They work hard to personalize services to help each child to achieve their maximum potential in life and to close the gap on developmental delays as quickly as possible. Their new location is in a bright, beautiful, eco-friendly building with lots of room for the kids to run, jump and have sensory fun. They have a large waiting area with lots of toys to play with while the children wait and to keep siblings busy during the appointment. I noticed lately that many of the children like to stay after their appointment to play in the waiting area a little longer. This place is fun, professional, and effective. We love Sensory Link!!

Not only have we been impressed with the facilities (we've visited 2 out of their 3 offices), but the staff are absolutely amazing. Starting in the waiting area, Ms. Hilary, Ms. Debbie and Ms. Fionah are always very personable and engaging. They go out of their way to say hello, check-in on how life is going, and have really gotten to know our daughter and our family! The waiting area has many developmentally appropriate toys/ activities which makes any waiting before a session begins exciting for the children visiting their office. They are extremely knowledgeable about benefit questions we've had, and have helped on many occasions troubleshoot issues we've been experiencing. Our daughter receives Speech (w/ Ms. Mia), PT (w/ Ms. Ellen and Ms. Emily), OT (w/ Ms. Libby) and Feeding (w/ Ms. Mia and Ms. Libby) 2-3 days/ week. They go out of their way to make sure we are comfortable with our daughters therapies and goals (Speech/ OT/ PT and Feeding), updated on her progress and make it a point to do all they can to coordinate schedules to make the most of our time at the office. They are not only extremely collaborative with each other, but also with other therapists that go into our daughter's school to work with her. The progress we have seen for our daughter is absolutely mind blowing and we are 100% confident in saying that she would not be as strong or have achieved as much as she has without Reach for Speech. I am very happy with the care and treatment that I received at Penn Ohio Rehab. I never had to…read morewait to see my therapist. He was extremely professional and explained what was causing my pain. He recommended dry needling as well as the traditional physical therapy. Prior to going to Penn Ohio I had not heard of dry needling but I definitely could feel the benefits of this type of treatment. After the dry needling treatment, my therapist would work with me in the gym area and taught me a variety of exercises that I could do at home between sessions. I sought a physical therapist after an unsuccessful and disappointing series of treatments from a chiropractor. At Penn Ohio my hip pain was diagnosed and a treatment plan was developed at the end of the first session. They were invested in my recovery and wanted me to feel better, not just keep me as a perpetual patient. After my pain had significantly lessened, they encouraged me to continue on my own instead of requiring me to "keep coming back". I've seen other physical therapists in the past with some good results but at Penn Ohio, the combination of dry needling and physical therapy helped much better than just the traditional PT. I'd definitely recommend Penn Ohio.
