I am thrilled with the help and support I've received there from Chris B. I noticed improvement after just the first visit and it has continued with each subsequent visit. He asks questions each visit to be sure he understands my current condition and how things did after the last session, watches carefully to make sure my technique is correct, and pushes me to do more while always being cautious to not increase inflammation. I wish I had pursued physical therapy months ago! So far I've not had any problems with billing or the front desk staff as some other reviewers have reported, so perhaps they've changed out those personnel. He was a very good guy and I enjoyed working with him. His supervisor was not very warm or friendly. I'm glad my interactions with him were minimal. The front office staff were friendly enough. However after my treatment ended, I was sent a bill saying I had missed three payments. Since I paid after each and every visit and had evidence to support that, I knew that was total nonsense. I received a lot of resistance from them and I got messages threatening collection agencies and possible legal action for less than $100.00. I finally just ignored them and they went away. I say, "Stay away from Action PT." By the way, this was my second and final such experience with them over a similar issue.

We've done an initial visit as well as a follow-up visit. Nancy's expertise with feeding problems was very apparent to me. She examined my daughter during breastfeeding as well as while sucking and resting. Nancy was very professional but also very sweet with my baby. She was extremely informative and thorough. Less than a week after our visit, just by following Nancy's instructions for treatment, my daughter doubled the amount of milk she was able to take from the breast! Let me tell you, the HCS home provider was unreliable, she has a son who hid a broken broom under a rug and I didn't see it and fell over it. And had to do surgery, and they blamed it all on me. And never took any blame. And so after I did the surgery. I became low level disability, the doctor said I could not do anything on my leg for 4 weeks. That means my host home provider we have to assist me with stuff like cooking, helping me bathe. Prepare my meals. That's what she gets paid for even taking me to doctor's appointments. She refused to do that. So she has dogs and so do me. So her dog's got ticks and she blamed it on my dogs, knowing my dogs would protected. So I decided to move out at the beginning of the month and she is supposed to pay me half of my room and board back. The host home provider and the company peppertree refused to pay me room and board back half of my portion. Saying that I have damaged the room and talk about. I left stuff there so I have to pay storage fee, which oh my lease. It says that if there is any damage that it will be covered by host home provider and company provider. But I have pictures and in the pictures, it shows that the room is not damaged. And I sent it to the company and they still want to charge me and it's most likely because the host home provider does it have the money to pay me my room and board rebursment back. So I had to called the IDD Ombudsman on them and they will be calling peppertree to let them know that the charges that they are trying to change me is illegal. I would not ever recommend this company, they are shady. They don't care about the clients, all they cared about is the money. My transfer date to move out was not until april the 9th and I let it hadn't moved out before then, which I can, because that is my right. The company try to suspend me or kick me out of this program, which, by law they're not allowed to, but they tried to make up a lie. To scare me and to stay with them five saying, don't I bet they would kick me out. So again, I would not recommend this company for anyone. They are too shady.

An adult relative of mine has had an excellent experience with myofunctional therapy (MFT) here…read more The problems Isabel treated with MFT were tongue tie, snoring, obstructive sleep apnea, and chronic neck and shoulder tightness/discomfort. Momentum Therapy Center isn't just for kids! Excellent for adults too. Isabel has been very thorough. The initial evaluation was in person, as well as some of the weekly follow-up visits. Once the coronavirus pandemic started our local stay-at-home orders, Isabel did virtual visits, which were also excellent. Within weeks of starting myofunctional therapy here, there was marked improvement in symptoms. Eventually, the neck tightness/discomfort was 100% better, and the shoulder/trapezius area issues were 70-80% better. Snoring was also improved. Visits were in network with insurance, so that's another plus. Overall, highly recommended!
