I have 2 different therapists who do different things and they are wonderful. I had a different therapist who was good but she left to go back to teaching. During that time I had to stop therapy because my husband who went there before me, unfortunately had to have Heart surgery...They put a hold on my therapy so that I could take care of my husband. I am slowly returning to therapy and my hand is getting better. I highly recommend EVERYONE at the Therapy Spot...Office people included! Huy is my assigned physical therapist and I'm so grateful for his knowledge and dedications in what he does. I have a very low pain tolerance, yet Huy is extremelyyy patient and encouraging to motivate and guide me through all the exercises to make sure I'm reaching the necessary intensity and milestones for my recovery journey within a safe measure. They also have other assistants helping out during the exercises and all of them are very kind. My grandmother was admitted here for short term rehabilitation after a stroke. She was supposed to…read morestay about 20 days, but we chose to transfer her early because we did not feel she was receiving the level of care she needed. She became paralyzed on the left side of her body and came here specifically for therapy and rehabilitation to regain movement. During roughly 13 days at this facility, she only received therapy a few times. It reached the point where my family had to step in and do much of the work themselves like massaging her, helping move her limbs, applying lotion, changing her socks, and trying to keep her comfortable because staff did not seem to be attentive to these basic needs. For a rehab center, this was extremely disappointing. My grandmother is diabetic, non verbal after her stroke, and fully dependent on caregivers. We were told she would be checked every six hours, but this schedule did not feel appropriate for someone in such a vulnerable condition. She spent long periods bedridden and developed significant discomfort, especially from not being repositioned frequently. Watching her in pain was heartbreaking. There were also interactions with staff that felt unprofessional and dismissive when we asked for help or clarification. Instead of compassion, we were often met with rude tones or comments that made it seem as if our questions were an inconvenience. This made it very hard to trust that our grandmother was being treated with patience and respect. We also observed other concerning situations in the facility. For example, we repeatedly saw residents sitting uncomfortably in wheelchairs without assistance, including two residents who had to push each other because staff were not helping them. These kinds of things raised serious concerns about overall attentiveness and staffing. To be fair, not everyone here was uncaring. Michael, Wanda, and Becky consistently showed kindness and compassion toward my grandmother, and Wanda helped arrange additional care and testing when we voiced our concerns. We are truly grateful for them. Unfortunately, not all shifts had staff like them, and care depended too much on "who was working that day." Based on our experience, I would not recommend this facility for loved ones who cannot advocate for themselves or who are fully dependent on staff for movement and communication. Vulnerable patients deserve consistent, gentle, and attentive care, not minimal check ins and families doing the majority of the work. We ultimately transferred my grandmother to another center, where she is finally receiving the care she needs. I hope this facility seriously improves staff training, professionalism, and basic patient care, because the people who live here deserve better.

Most notable experience was using dry needling and the Neubie / Neufit machine. The needling helped relax and stimulate his high tension areas. The Neubie was the coolest part. It has stimulator patches that send electrical pulses to help calm the tension. She did a full body evaluation, found different points of diss alignment, and advised small changes to everyday posture (like different position while driving the car). She recommended a pillow and at home muscle stimulator which are both extremely reasonable in price. All in all, a great experience. I saw Dr. Sierra and Valencia while there, and I can't sing their praises enough! Their work, education and support have changed my life. Because of them, I can move freely again- something I realized I hadn't been doing for YEARS. They taught me the correct body mechanics and made me feel amazing. I have now joined a gym and am working out with confidence. However, what has really been life changing is that before I worked with them, I didn't think I would be able to keep up with a baby and had put off pregnancy. Dr. Sierra and Valencia helped me strengthen and correct my body so well that I am now on a pregnancy journey! I am now seeing Dr. Najah for pelvic floor therapy (also at Sterling!) who has already taught me so much in 2 sessions. I love going to PT, and have so much fun laughing with the girls.
