They will not provide an estimate ahead of time and wanted me to drive 1 hour+ to their showroom first. They want you in there to supposedly show everything. He wouldn't return a phone call and text requesting the estimate. He claimed he was too busy but had time to write me a very long email. From Dave: "At our original meeting I told you I would have the design proposal ready for you on July 6th @ 10:30, not before then and not by e-mail nor a rough estimate." Me: NOT TRUE! Never told me an estimate "would not" be provided ahead of the meeting. and... From Dave: "I do not think we will work well together for this project and I'm going to take your offer to not proceed." Me: I agree! Don't put up with this arrogant business. Work with another company who is more respectful.
