Wow 10 years ago we used Designing windows for plantation shutters and have really enjoyed them. Well I lost one of the screw hole plugs and just happen to see their company truck and two installers and thought if I could get a plug for the shutters and with no questions happily handed me two types. What a fabulous experience top to bottom! Angie came out to help me select my Hunter Douglas Duette shades, and I couldn't be happier! She went over the different types and meticulously measured all of my windows and sliding doors. The installers came yesterday, and the shades look awesome!
