Recently ordered a shed from Seashore Sheds in December. We got to walk the lot and get an idea of…read moresizes and got to check out an open one to get an idea of interior height. The office employee helped us with the colors and completing the shed order. We were told it was approximately a 10 week wait for our shed to be built and we would receive a call once it arrived on their lot. We also had an employee come by the next day or so to see where the shed would go so we had it blocked off for him to see if he would be able to come through the driveway. Employees were very attentive during the ordering process. The shed actually came in about 2 weeks ahead of schedule which was cool. Weather delayed delivery by a day, no big deal. The shed was brought to the property and leveled out since the ground beneath was uneven. We ended up ordering a ramp as well which was dropped off the next time they were in the area delivering, which was fine. My only complaint would be that the one side of the shed got a bit scratched up coming in the driveway (by some overhanging tree branches) and the guy that dropped it off had originally said they would retouch it with some paint when they came back to drop off the ramp. The ramp was dropped off days ago, but the scratches remain untouched. Kind of a bummer. I also ended up sweeping out the shed before use and found a huge bent nail just chilling in one of the corners. The paint trim job was also kind of sloppy around the entrance. The floor edge by the door has white paint over spray on it. I would think they would inspect the shed once they arrive on their lot. So they delivered a good shed ahead of time, but some details get overlooked unfortunately once the shed gets delivered.

The I found Bill Perryman's place in Millville. Walking the grounds at Bill's business we found a wide variety of high quality sheds in various sizes and styles. Bill also sells kid's playhouse, dog houses, rooster houses, farm equipment etc. It all seemed well made. After figuring out the dimensions we wanted we talked pricing with one of the employees there - super nice guy but I sadly forgot his name. Our brand new, custom ordered (you get to select the primary paint color, trim color, and roof shingle color) shed that matches our house perfectly cost a total of $2000, which I was thrilled with given it was BY FAR the most reasonable price that I saw anywhere in south Jersey. Bill's does not offer financing on sheds but they do accept credit card payments. We were told our shed would arrive 5 weeks from the day we ordered it and sure enough, Bill himself and 2 of his crew rolled up to our house with our brand new shed 5 weeks later. Any time the owner of a business personally shows up on the date of delivery - I'm impressed. Bill not only cares about his customers and making sure the job gets done right, but he even helped his team level out the stone. Technically the shed cost was $1700 and the stone was $300 for a total of 2k. The team backed the truck up, asked where wanted the shed, and positioned it perfectly. Bill has been in business for a long time, and he gets the job done correctly. I read nothing but positive reviews about the man and his business, and I'm glad I'm the first person to spread the word about his business on yelp. If you're in need of a shed, this is the place to go! Bill told me the shed will look exactly the same way it did on the delivery date as it will 20 years from now, and that if we had any issues with it he would come out and address them. Old school, awesome service. I respect that. Touch up paint and a few extra shingles were included with the shed as was a pair of keys for the door. The craftsmanship and value of these sheds is second to none. Very pleased with my shed and the service I received from Bill and his team!!

The studs were not nailed plum, so I had to cut the nails off and re-nail. The rough opening was not wide enough to properly shim the door. I asked for tarpaper to be installed before the roof shingles. The tarpaper was not put on and the roof leaked. The drip edge did not overlap the plywood so it leaked in between. I waited two Saturdays as they promised to re-roof the shed, but they didn't show up. After correspondence with the son, because the owner would not respond, they did provide the shingles, a shorter ridge vent than was already there, about 2 dozen nails, and drip edge for me to do the job. I was promised $150.00 for my labor, however, that was never received. This was a very unpleasant and exhausting experience, not to mention overpriced!
