His bid was fair and the most reasonable of the three companies I solicited. He charged exactly what he bid, communicated well about when he was coming (seems well-organized), is reliable, hard-working, experienced, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond what we hired him to do, as I was tasked with digging a 14' x 18" trench to bury the electrical conduit for the stub up to the hot tub before the slab could be poured, and Juan simply helped me dig it (he had much better tools for the job). I think Juan's willingness to work hard for the success of his jobs and help with something additional like this is rare and valuable. When the job was complete, Juan thoroughly cleaned up all remnants of gravel, etc... on the road, in the carport, and in the backyard.
