I found the staff a lot friendlier, courteous, and professional. When I arrived, explained my situation, and got my prescriptions filled and in my hands in about ten minutes. I have to pick up medication around 2 to 3 times per month and EVERY single time this happens to me and I'm losing it. I drop off my scripts, some have been straight up just 'lost' in the aether because they have a guy there that screwed up so many times. so anyways, they never fill my scripts. i even use the walgreens app and text message alerts. no one touches them, they just sit. last night i went inside this time and saw a guy who i never saw before. acted like he owned the place and told me my meds would be ready that night because i said i needed them by a certain date. LMAO NO THEY STILL HAVEN'T TOUCHED MY SCRIPTS A DAY LATER. every time. every. time. i have to call and ask every time, why they aren't done. i've called so many times now, and they always say it's the pharmacist who just leaves it there and just like, doesn't finish them....... and the thing is, even after i do all this at least TWICE A MONTH, when I arrive at the location, they still arn't ready :) even if i tell them and remind them and babysit them and they literally will lie and say it's done and it's not when i arrive :) :) i'm losing my mind, why can't anyone do their job?
