When I approached the photo department counter, no one was there. I found a manager who escorted me back to the photo counter and explained how to leave the cameras for development. The collection box was overflowing with orders which made me uncomfortable, but this guy seemed confident that my order would get completed. I worked with one of the nurses at St Joseph's for years and knew she was outstanding and so made an appt when my husband developed a pressure ulcer. She was great and it meant us visiting their store in Cockeysville. What a great recourse for medical supplies and knowledgeable staff who can explain how to use them. Sue Curran is a great skin care specialist!

They point fingers at each other, and the prescription isn't expeditiously filled. I would just as soon have my prescriptions sent via mail, but from what I gather that delivery system is also fraught with problems.
