However, it is so frustrating when you are in a line of 2 cars picking up prescriptions, and there is a 35 minute wait. They usually have the 2nd lane closed and 1 poor employee is handling the drive through and the inside line. Therefore everybody waits forever. They need to hire more pharmacy technicians! I have been there when no one is in front of me but still I sit at the window or 15 minutes before I see anyone. I pushed the button and hear, I'll be right there, but they aren't. When I go in the store it is a better experience everywhere except at the pharmacy! There can still be long lines, insane waits, and a level of incompetency that is unbelievable. I have to deal with them as CVS does not seem to be any better at all so I have to put up with it, but It's so frustrating! If I was the manager I'd hire more techs, have both drive through lanes open with a sign that says, "If you need to discuss something with the pharmacy, please go into the store." The outdoor lanes should be for quick pick-ups and limited to 3 questions!

Anytime I need a refill, I submit it on the app...and it goes through, but then gets rejected by the pharmacy with no explanation and says I have to call. So then I call...wait an hour...hour and a half...sometimes more (don't select the callback option, they will not call you back). When they finally answer they have no reason why it was rejected, and it finally gets filled, then I gotta wait 1+ hours in the drive through or inside just to pick up. Then repeat the process next month until all my refills are gone and I can finally go to a different pharmacy.

While there I noticed that they have a consult team of skin care/wound care nurses available at their Cockeysville location. I worked with one of the nurses at St Joseph's for years and knew she was outstanding and so made an appt when my husband developed a pressure ulcer. She was great and it meant us visiting their store in Cockeysville. What a great recourse for medical supplies and knowledgeable staff who can explain how to use them. I have been going to the local Weis market, to use their bathroom, but it's a unisex stall, it's small, and it's right next to the front door (which is a highly congested area with women wiping their carts or just looking around like they've never seen a supermarket before), so it's not a favorite. We decided to try the CVS across the street this time. I know that CVS stores usually have a pretty decent bathroom. I've been using them (or Walgreens) for bathroom breaks when traveling for years. They're great for people who need help with toileting because the one unisex room gives space for moving around, and they're usually cleaner than a fast food restroom, with less random women wondering why Jeremy's in their bathroom. This store was empty when we arrived, around 6pm. The pharmacy was already closed. We were greeted hello, from the super friendly employee at the register. She happily pointed the way to the bathroom, and said goodbye to us as we left. The bathroom is easy to find. Just follow the gray path in the carpet. The bathroom was large, and clean, as expected, and no one demanded that we purchase anything. I despise a "customers only" sign. Body functions should not be regulated by anyone other than the owner of the body. I don't care if you're in school, or out and about. No one should be able to tell you that you can't pee (or other) when you feel like you're gonna burst. NO ONE. I like this place and will consider it again the next time I need a nice place to relieve myself like a dignified human.

No further sign was posted for the shutdown. At that point 1 car was in front of me and 5cars in back.I went inside and stood in a line of 10 waiting for service from a group of 4 employees who had no apparent sense of urgency. In fact I would call their actions lackluster. After a total of 90 minutes from arriving I received my medication. This is only one in a bevy of stories I can tell about this place. We walked in the store and immediately saw the bakery section and fresh fruit and vegetables. The produce was fresh and prices comparable to the local grocery store. The store was pretty crowded the day we went but we were still able to find most items on our list...Whoot Whoot!! I have to give this store 4/5 for the variety of food and other items they carry for sale. The store was not too dirty but looked like it due to people putting items away in incorrect places. Please people, we can do better than this! I did check the restroom and it was disgusting! The handicap door wouldn't lock, the floor had tissue all over and the other stalls were either full with waste, or out of order. In addition to having medical prescriptions and assistive devices, they also have a decent assortment of snacks and beverages. While they staff couldn't help me with what I needed, they still gave me their undivided attention and provided excellent customer service!

They regularly sell expired or near-expired items (as in 1 day). I showed the stock personnel about a popular pasta-based meal kit that was more than a week past expiration and they left it on the shelf, I spotted a day later. 2. Make sure the advertisement sign matches what you are buying - they do shady things like moving the items over from the sale tag so you are confused. 3. Check your receipt. These guys are tricksters and sheisters and will swap out items at every chance. At times I have found more than 50% inaccuracies on my receipt. Of course, I have to wait forever in a line to contest with customer service. 4. Worst beef E-V-E-R. Been cooking beef for30+ years - these animals are not well. Inedible & rock tough no matter how you cook, and zero flavor. Subpar distributors/farmers. Go to GIANT. 5. Beware of shopping here. I am not sure how they have not been shut down by OSHA/FDA.
