Bel helped us buy our house in Roseville almost one year to date, but finally getting a chance to write up this review. We were referred to Bel by a family member as we were looking to move from Natomas to Roseville. She was very knowledgeable with the housing market in the Roseville area. Back in early September my wife and I had an opportunity to move into a bigger home with our family. We were introduced to Bel by a mutual friend who has had a positive experience working with Bel. After we interviewed her and read her reviews on yelp my wife and I decided to hire her to to be our agent. We immediately found a home to buy and Bel swiftly drew up a purchase contract contingent upon selling our house. Because the purchase was contingent upon selling our house and closing within 45 days we had to move quickly. Bel inspected our house and identified things areas of the house that required attention. Bel connected us with a handyman to make dry wall repairs and a painter to do touch ups in the house and painting the pergola. We were given a timeline to declutter our house so that a professional stager and photographer can come and make our house more appealing to buyers. Our house went out in the market in about 2 weeks from the time we started. Our house was listed in all the major listing apps like Zillow, Regina and Trulia. The house was also listed on a Facebook feed targeting potential buyers from the Bay Area. Two weeks after listing our house we had several offers. I'm happy to say that we accepted an offer and closed by the end of October. Let me start off by saying that it's in EVERYONE'S best interest to do your due diligence and find a realtor that will be looking out for your best interest and not just their's. Having said that, out of the realtors that my husband and I interviewed to help us sell our home, Bel was not only super friendly and super down to earth, but she told us right off the bat that she does not participate in dual representation meaning she will only represent us as sellers and not represent the buyers as well as it would be a conflict of interest. Of course if she were to represent both seller and buyer she would take home 100% commission. I don't understand how a realtor is able to effectively and honestly represent BOTH seller and buyer and not have a conflict of interest. Aside from her high morals as a realtor, she is also a very nice person. Like talking to a friend who really CARES. We had extenuating circumstances with our home sale but she was with us every step of the way to make us feel like we were not just a client but a 'friend'. I actually consider her as a friend at this point and will not hesitate to refer her services to anyone needing help selling or buying a home.
