Another company advertised a certain price and then had me on the phone for 45 minutes to yammer on about a series of added fees, including a charge for two locks because the only units they supposedly had left had two doors and I had to use their locks. Anyway, I found King's Acres and they guy was so nice. He even held the unit for me until I could get there the next day. He made it so easy..,I just filled out a form to have the rent pulled from my checking account each month and paid him a deposit and he showed me how the entry gate worked. It took less than 30 minutes. Everything was spotless in the office and in my storage unit. The units are in a nice, quiet part of town and the security seems safe. The security gate is easy to use and my unit is easy to access. I definitely recommend King's Acres.

This company was…read morerecommended by 2 friends, so I'm thinking that they probably do well when everything goes well...but everything doesn't always go well, and when it doesn't, it turns our this company and it's employees are incompetent when it comes to resolving errors or damage. I have belongings that are missing and broken, and now I can't get a call-back. They took a hammer to my antique bed frame (now broken in 2 places), and broke the frame on a large picture (that I can't fit in my car so in addition to repair cost, it's going to cost to get it transported). What an unscrupulous and unreliable company. I'm still unpacking so we'll see what else I come across - I'm guessing there's more broken items - but that obviously does not matter to these people. Such a dishonest company! Just adding on with some pictures - smashed china! These dishes were wrapped in paper, then bubble-wrap, then cardboard between. So much cushioning and protection - I wonder from what height they had to drop the box in order to get them to shatter like this! Keep your valuables away from this company; they talk a good game, but then never returns your calls when there is trouble!

I'm glad I went with them, they were helpful at every step of the process (especially Jeremy, with whom I had the most contact), they gave me some free used boxes, the crew that loaded me was friendly and very good at what they do. Loading and unloading both went VERY quick, and from what I can tell from unpacking so far, there was no damage to any item. The only downside was the delivery window they gave me was 2 weeks, which made planning more difficult. But, it was a long distance move to a very out-of-the-way location, so I could understand. They ended delivering in the middle of the delivery window, and after the first day of the window they gave me a specific date. This is my second cross-country move in two years, and I can say that my experience was Christofferson was quite good.

I am pleased to have a huge 10x25 unit here and the price is less than the nearby storage…read morecompetitors. The security here is a little stronger, with a full black metal gate that locks the entire compound from 10pm - 5am daily. This is separate from the keypad entry gate nested within. One note is that you'll need your own lock here (which is my preference anyway), but don't worry, you can buy one on-site. They also offer discounts to military and teachers, so make sure to inquire about that. The only downside is that my unit has some leaks and they are willing to fix them, but we have to identify where they are coming from... which is fair, but it's also going to take some time to figure out. They do offer pallets for free, so I feel like that helps with any unforeseen issues. The roads are paved to slant away from the units, so I feel like flooding shouldn't be an issue here. I've also been using more plastic bins and I've placed tarps over my cardboard boxes. I've been here for a few months now and am happy I switched to All Safe!

I never got around to leaving because it was so close to my house and the rent is reasonable compared to other storage facilities nearby. And my rate has only been increased once (ooops, maybe I shouldn't have said that, LOL). The gates have been replaced, they've installed a CCTV security system and replaced the staff with friendly and pleasant people. The facility is is well maintained and snow is removed promptly. Hat's off to Sherry and Dave for turning this place into a 5 star facility!
