And the gate access keypad is very glitchy requiring multiple attempts to open the gate. Recently, they repaired the cement thresholds on all of the units - great right? I told my wife, you watch, the rent increase notification will follow. 1 week later - it did. "The proverbial straw that broke the camel's back." I rented a truck and packed out my stuff to a competitor less than 2 miles away. Same space and reduced my cost by $60 bucks a month.

The fact that they hold a Key and are able t accept delivery for my work packages is fantastic. They are looking our for their customers They are the buffer between the upper management and the day to day running of this facility. Cube Smart as a corporation does increase rents every 6 months it seems they may not value long term tenants, but that is not in my control.
