I have a big leak in my storage unit that's coming from the roof. Talked to the owner and the…read morefirst thing he says to me is well I'm not responsible for anything in the storage unit. Fine but then he tells me if I'm not happy then to just take the stuff and leave. Nothing like " I'm sorry to hear my roof is leaking on your stuff I'll get it fixed as soon as possible". Then says " I've been in business for 40 years and that he's not worried about me". He said the roof will not be fixed till spring Time. It's January 9th. The leak is bad and I can only imagine what the units next to mine look like. Not once did he care or say sorry for our belongings getting moldy and destroyed. I do not recommend this place one bit and hope others don't have ruined items aswell.
