Fine but then he tells me if I'm not happy then to just take the stuff and leave. Nothing like " I'm sorry to hear my roof is leaking on your stuff I'll get it fixed as soon as possible". Then says " I've been in business for 40 years and that he's not worried about me". He said the roof will not be fixed till spring Time. It's January 9th. The leak is bad and I can only imagine what the units next to mine look like. Not once did he care or say sorry for our belongings getting moldy and destroyed.
