I have reached out constantly for a year, the roof continues to leak, I have sent pictures of the water coming in to the house through the skylight and my concerns about the damage to the home and I am also very concerned about the potential of mold being a single mother with 3 young children at home. I have called, texted and emailed repeatedly, providing photos of the issue and have been assured he will honor the warranty and fix the issue. I have been blown off completely, the roof warranty has not been honored and I am at a loss as to how I can get my roof fixed.
