The customer service, especially from a person named Melissa was poor. She speaks well until she gets your business. Then she gaslight you to believe that the job was done right when you know it wasn't. The quality of work is subpar, but then they'll send somebody out to tell you yes everything was done right. Meanwhile, you see your pavers, not filled with sand correctly areas missing sand. By the way, you'll also have to pay extra to clean out your pool so take that into consideration. Also, if you're fixing any part of your pavers, they subcontract that out so it's better to find your own paver. Fixer then pay the inflated price that they charge you. I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with All About Pressure Cleaning, who subcontracts A & B Sandblasting was an absolute nightmare. If you value your property and your hard-earned money, do yourself a favor and stay far away from these companies. Let's start with the sheer incompetence displayed by A & B Sandblasting in failing to protect my summer kitchen, cover pool deck drains or be cognizant of enormous amounts of sand left in my pool. We hired All About Pressure Cleaning to sandblast the deck due to the former sealant being too slippery. We asked to have the deck sandblasted, pressure washed and resealed with the appropriate sealant for wet areas. They completed the job, however, they did not take the adequate steps to protect the walls of our outdoor kitchen. The sandblasting removed chunks of paint and plaster in the area where the wall meets the pavers. They also made no effort to cover the pool deck drains. The amount of sand in the drains is absolutely insane. The entire length of the drain was left clogged with wet sand that is taking weeks to get out. The real kicker, though, was the mess they left in my pool. After the sandblasting, there was an unbelievable amount of sand left behind--an amount so excessive that it almost felt like they intentionally dumped it there. The pool looked like a beach. The sand so thick that a scrub brush could not even be used to push the sand. Our pool company was on deck to perform the system clean once the pavers were resealed. When they arrived, they said they have NEVER seen that much sand in a pool after a sandblasting job. The pool company had to come out everyday for a solid week to clean out all the sand. The amount of sand caused our pool pump to break. We had to replace the pool pump in the midst of all of this, which was another $1600. Sandblasting took one day. The next day, when the pressure cleaners arrived, I asked them to address the amount of sand left in the pool deck drains. the two guys from All About Pressure Cleaning saif they "would see what they could do." Well, they did NOTHING. Now we'll need to hire someone to clean the drains as we have major puddles on the deck, even after a light rain. We paid good money to have this service done, only to find ourselves in a worse situation than before they showed up. Both companies failed to deliver on basic, professional expectations. They were careless, and their lack of attention to detail was appalling. This wasn't just a minor mistake; this was an utter disregard for the quality of work and the property they were supposed to protect. If you want your home to be treated with the respect it deserves, do not hire either of these companies. To make matters worse, I receive a request for a review from Rogelio, "the owner of A & B Sandblasting." When I responded, to him, his template response was basically "thank you for the insights which are invaluable to us as we strive to enhance our services." NEVER an offer to correct the issue. Bottom Line: Save yourself the headache and the costly repairs. Look elsewhere for any type of pressure cleaning or sandblasting services. Trust me, you'll be better off. read more

The sales representative, Jorge Jr., intentionally misrepresented the scope of the work that was needed for cleaning and pressure sealing the pavers in my driveway. After the work was completed there were noticeable areas where it appears no sealant was applied. Jorge Jr response was that it was because of old sealant. It had been over 10 years since I had the driveway sealed and there was absolutely no areas of streaks of sealant. Now the company says they told me that I declined a chemical strip to rremove any old sealant. This is totally untrue. They also will not correct the issue because I signed the estimate which states the company is not liable. After extensive research, I learned that sealant is not suppose to be added until the power wash has dried, which normally is a couple of days. This company applied the sealant the same day and immediately after the power wash was completed. This company is not approved by the Better Business Bureau. read more

We checked out a few companies, and decided to go with All About Pressure Washing, even though we had two lower quotes (and one significantly higher). SO glad we did. Not only the quality of the job - we have white limestone, and it's critical to do the sealing properly - but the very expensive equipment they employ shows the investment this company made ensures the investment that we made in our pavers is protected. Horrible company. The sales rep Barry Zackon doesn't even work there anymore that quoted the original job they did not honor the price. Would never recommend. Shady business. Have to say this was one of the worse experiences I've encountered with a company and the first review I've ever written because of how disappointed I was. Not only did they do an extremely poor job, but they did not deliver on the requested look that was discussed prior to engaging. A color was discussed for my driveway, and when completed, it was several shades lighter making it look no different then when they started the project. I discussed this with our contact Steve who admitted the color did not match what we selected and stated this can happen.... which I didn't understand why we hadn't been advised of in advance. We have no experience in driveway painting so you'd expect this information from the company you're hiring. Then in hopes of rectifying the situation, the company only offered to correct the problem if I paid FULL PRICE again. They wanted to essentially charge me double to have the job done right! I had another conversation with Steve and his manager Yvens who said they would need to speak to the owners of the company to try to get a more reasonable price. I was even willing to pay half the original cost just to have the job done and move on but they came back saying they would only do it for full cost. I was in shock at what I was dealing with and how absurd it was to have them try to charge me TWICE for a job they did wrong. Despite all of this not one of our conversations where rude or involved yelling. I'm a calm person and always believe logic and composure prevail but apparently not. The duo came back with the final decision from the owners. They rather not do business with me anymore and leave me with a poorly done job. Needless to say I can't stress enough what a shady and unprofessional company this is. I found another business to do my driveway properly. They cost less and they sealed all the cracks in my driveway without asking, they painted a small section of the driveway to show me what the color would look like applied before proceeding, and then did an excellent job. I hope this review is a warning to all potential clients of All About Pressure Cleaning & Selling. They do not care about the customer and they do not care about doing a good job. Life is to short to deal with such an unprofessional organization. read more

Gledstone, I can appreciate the fact that your trying to do damage control. Nobody wants bad reviews. On the contrary you never came by to look at the marks on the driveway. You never reached out to me to schedule an appointment to look at the problem. That's why the charge was not disputed for several weeks after the problem. I was giving you an opportunity to resolve the issue. Just because your in business for 17 years doesn't necessarily mean that you handled this situation properly. I'm sure that over the 17 years in business there have been other issues. This i'm sure could have been resolved had you made an effort to address the problem. Emanuel and Andrew were sent to my home to pressure clean and seal a new pool patio and my walkway and driveway. They arrived exactly when they were scheduled to. The two workers were young but extremely capable and polite. They knew what they were doing and the results are very good. I am generally difficult to please but I could not be happier.
