I usually don't take time to write reviews but wanted to make the effort in this case. I had issues with my garage doors 1) off the tracks 2) wheels broken 3) track bent 4) hinge was off 5) I needed an opener for my car 6) if possible I wanted an outside keypad code to enter the garage. I called Belanger because it looked like a family owned business and less likely to give me the run - around. The lady that answered was nice and she booked me for just a few days out. She said her son would stop by. One thing I usually hate about service people is they treat you like you are an idiot for breaking the stuff in the first place or they have never seen your particular issues, even though you know it's common or you get mysterious charges for a flux capacitor on your bill. Not the case with Belanger. The service tech was friendly and listen to every issue I had. He had the attitude of "Yeah, I can fix that, no problem. We see this all the time". He didn't replace wheels and hinges that weren't broken, he realigned everything, and got all my issues taken care of in under 40 minutes. I was very pleased with everything. Door works great, the key pad is awesome. The bill was 1/2 of what I expected. For example, one line on the bill was "Fix Track $5" really $5? I would have been glad to pay $50, the track was a hot mess! Bottom line is they didn't rake me over the coals and I will call them if I ever have issues with my garage doors again.
