I have heard horrible racist comments, kids telling each other repeatedly to kill themselves, cussing non stop, physical fights IN HER OFFICE IN FRONT OF HER, kids calling other kids "retarded" and "gay", talk about drugs and drug court, a kid wearing a shirt that promotes marijuana, Jessica and her male assistant having conversations about their own personal dating relationships to teenage girls. Very very very inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. The bathrooms have not been cleaned in the 2 weeks of our daily patronage. It went without soap and toilet paper in the female bathroom for 2 days until I personally got fed up and told one of the front desk people. It took over an hour for them to replenish. There is overflowing used feminine products in the bathroom that has been there the entire 2 weeks. Homeless people use the facilities all the time, which is not a problem, but it needs to be cleaned and sanitized. I even offered to volunteer to clean for them and Jessica completely ignored my offer. There is food mess all over. And some very sketchy people that probably shouldn't be within a certain amount of feet from children. So disappointed. This library has a lot of potential, if they put someone appropriate and professional in charge.

Since then, I have been required to pick up nearly every package at the post office instead of having it delivered to my home. When I asked why this changed, I was told it was because my mail carrier is unable to handle larger packages due to their size. However, many of the packages being held are lightweight, making this explanation difficult to understand. Consistent home delivery should not depend on the size or weight of a package if it can reasonably be delivered. To make matters more concerning, I also have video footage from earlier this year showing a package being thrown from the mail carrier's vehicle onto my property rather than being properly delivered. That experience, combined with the ongoing need to retrieve packages myself, has been very disappointing. I understand that delivery routes can be challenging, but I expect reliable and professional service. I hope this issue can be addressed so that packages are delivered consistently and handled with the care customers should be able to expect.

The person supposedly in charge can't do real leadership, nice guy but has 0% accountability, responsibility, and discipline, sadly. The union needs to be more aggressive and launch serious investigations. Put cameras with audio in every space inside that post office (not just the front cashier's area). New employees are not been trained properly or not trained at all. If you ask how to do something or any kind of guidance, well you will not get help here at all. Disrespect is in every corner and the employees who have been working for the longest are the problem there. Very poor work ethic, 0 consequences for those who do wrong to their peers, issues never get solved, cursing, yelling at new employees. Is very frustrating that this place has been like this for many years now and has no real boss to show up and fix this mess. New employees keep quitting but nobody understands or knows why, a real "mystery " indeed. Dear Union, please fix this place, send a new post headmaster with the desire to keep a healthy, organized, respectful, and most importantly task accountability for all employees, making sure that everyone is doing their individual assigned personal tasks, so when the task isn't done you know exactly who was and immediately take action and corrected the problems/issues. I could write a book about that place... Just unbelievable that a place like the USPS with so much history is going this route with that Belen USPS. Please share. Somebody has to do something. Is serious, thank you.
