This is one of those places that relies on returning customers and word-of-mouth, which is why they're one of those local suppliers that have a real focus on customer service (see my Gibson's Butchers and Direct Furniture reviews). For being a small independent retailer, they seem to be able to keep their prices quite reasonable. I was just in to get a mat, but they have carousels of carpet samples as well as different types of wooden flooring on display, and they have another area for floor and wall tiles. The staff were very friendly - down to earth but professional.

I feel sick when I seen it , they also promised to come out after the job was finished to check the quality and address any problems before I would sign off for completing the payment . Wonder what they charge for an emergency! I paid the plumber or course but felt I had to contact the office to complain about lack of transparency regarding the fee. I didn't ask when booking the repair but I wasn't informed either. The charge was defended by the office person saying "if we had supplied the tap as well, it would have cost £220". Just saying.
