This guy was the boyfriend of the woman who owned the house he was entering the house legally when I moved out he threw away all my property illegally then took me to court. I lost the case due to undo rent but today I wanted to take my grandmother who is elderly to do her laundry in the laundry mat and he was there. He publicly announced are you Jennifer so-and-so he said pronouncing my full name called me a bunch of names said I was a piece of garbage asked me where I lived and harassed me for another 10 minutes in front of a whole place full of customers and my 90 year old grandmother. I can't believe the nerve of this guy I change my name on social media two years ago three years after I had rented from him he also a loudly pronounced my name on social media for everyone to hear which means this gentleman has been stalking my media profile as well. I never used those dryers since I've been there. called back to let them know what happen, one of the employee informed me (before i talked to the manager) that those dryers in the back do burn clothes sometimes. (there was no dry at your own risk sign anywhere or any sign for that matter) so I talk to one of the manager and she told me that its my fault that happen and that I shouldn't of did what I did. they are not responsible for what happens to my clothes in there dryer machines, so I got really upset, I told her how I felt and that you lost a good customer. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. its way to expensive anyways costs a arm and leg just to wash. just to get your clothes damaged! please don't do biasness here. there are plenty of other Laundry Mats here in Regina with better machines that don't cost a fortune.

When we inquired they said it was a normal wear and tear even all other part of jacket was in mint condition. We were advised that we should contact the manufacturing company. We sent our jacket in good condition and received it back with damage but it is not busybee cleaners fault as their explaination is that they dont have equipment that damage items. I have no knowledge on what equipment they use in cleaning but all I know is we sent an item to be cleaned but came out damaged. If we were informed prior to have our jacket being cleaned that any damage sustained during cleaning will not be their responsibility as they do not carry equipment that damage items, we would have seeked a different cleaning company.

The tailoring work is first class. You would have to go to continental Europe, specifically…read morePortugal, to get the same thing. They can do things that most tailors can only dream about doing (e.g., Neopolitan shoulders, canvasing that is light and airy). This is a master tailor at work, and expect to pay a fair price for the results. If they were located in Montreal, Calgary or even Winnipeg, I suspect they could charge four times the amount and not take walk-ins. I find their real strength is dealing with military-inspired work (i.e., adjusting British made suites or making them from scratch). However, they can do a more relaxed Italian style. This place is a gem. The only problem is that few people in Regina will notice the quality. However, when I have had some of their garments repaired in Montreal (they last forever) tailor there asked for the name, and they know who it was. These people are craftspeople/artists in their own right, and I am grateful they are here. You do not go to a gourmet restaurant looking for a cheap hotdog. However, for comparative bargain basement prices, given the quality, this is a deal.
