I was told they did a thorough cleaning and service and was not able to repair the machine. Here are some pictures from after their thorough cleaning. I called Vacuum City in Helena and they are fixing it for me. They felt that if Imperial Home Appliances had done a thorough cleaning it would have solved my problem. I now have a $30 credit at Imperial Home Appliances that I will never use.

I bought a new vacuum in January . It never did work right. The new owner told me I would have to put down a deposit to have him look at it. 30.00. Then I would have to pay for labor to fix it. It has a 5 year warranty. I had my neighbor who can fix anything look at it, and he had it fixed and working great in about 20 minutes. I will never do business with this place again, and.
