They have been texting with me to work things out and have been super accommodating. It creeps gently backwards when in neutral until it meets any resistance and stops. but he advised if it was him he'd just operate it as is. Good advice. Ive never once had an issue with it. In 2022 I got full service package at the new location on West Main. Same gentle creep. 2024 I just got oil change. Same gentle creep. Today David the tool said he couldn't service it because of the brake creep. I checked with manager who informed me it was a liability. Too dangerous to put up on the lift. Except David had already told me he'd had it on the lift not once, but twice already. But it was too risky to change oil and sharpen blades. Zero common sense.

We worked with Paul and ordered our Hunter Douglas window treatments in advance to ensure they could be installed once we moved into our new home. Paul took the measurements himself and assured us everything was perfect (we had to rely on his word given we lived in another state). The blinds were installed today and they're the wrong dimensions. They're externally mounted, which is what we wanted - but they don't reach the end of the trim on the bottom or the right sides. Gallatin Valley Furniture has offered to re-measure and replace the window treatments, however, they have not extended a discount for the inconvenience. Given we spent $13,000.00 on window treatments and expected them to be perfect when installed today, this is completely unacceptable. It's bad business. We've pulled our order, requested a refund, and will be working with another vendor for both this home and our new build. We prefer to work with a vendor who values our business.

I have patronized this welding shop twice now, and both times I have been extremely pleased with…read moretheir service but most of all their professional work. The first project I had them do was to repair severe damage to an old Schwinn Stingray bicycle frame. Previously I had brought it to one other welding shop in town (the one on Story Mill and Bridger Canyon) and they said they couldn't do much at all to repair it. However, one of the fellows at Midwest took a single look at it and said, "yep, no problem. We will have it done tomorrow." When I got it back, it looked like brand new. The most recent project I gave them was the mounting of a custom fiberglass motorcycle seat onto an old Honda motorcycle. The previous owner who had the seat made for the bike had removed several key parts from the frame for the seat to be mounted, and there was no hardware on the seat itself to be attached to the non-existent mounting points on the frame. To say the least, this was a tricky problem and multiple ways to solve it. When I picked the bike up after they were finished, they had exceeded even my most optimistic expectations. Im not going to get into the details of how they did it, but it was done with careful consideration as to design, safety, style, and the price limit I had set. Hell, they even powder coated the parts they added to match the color of the original frame. This was a truly masterful job they did. Though all this quality work comes at a hansom price tag, but for the product and service it is worth it. I will definitely be returning to them if I need anymore work done.

No suds, spills, goop anywhere. Remarkable. Lots of front loading machines to protect clothing. They have many of the front loaders that are large enough for quilts or larger laundry loads. No skimping. Top loaders are there also, if you prefer those. Plenty of dryers, too. Did not have to wait for anything. Laundromat is coin-operated. Helpful! Loading up a card wastes a lot if you're only briefly in town. The desk has coins. All in all an exceptional laundromat in every way. Actually enjoyed doing laundry away from home (which I usually dread.)

Second, everything works as it should, the water pressure is great, the water is even heated, and it has plenty of amenities (even towels to dry the car off).
