Ive been coming to this dental office for a while now, and honestly, it feels more like visiting friends than just a routine appointment. The staff is very welcoming, always asks how I am doing, and makes you feel comfortable. The team is also super patient and really takes the time to explain whats going on. I never feel rushed or like I'm just another number in another dr office. They make even the more uncomfortable procedures and discussions feel manageable, and they genuinely care about my comfort while in the office. The office itself is bright, clean, and welcoming. Scheduling appointments is easy, and I've rarely had to wait more than a few minutes- which I really appreciate. I always feel taken care of and confident in my dental health leaving here. Most recently, I started Invisalign and have had a great experience overall. Paid $350 for xrays and exam of wisdom teeth. They refused to look at other teeth without another paid for exam. This was for a first time patient! Delta dental is doing first time exray and examines for free. Guess where the rest of my family will be going! read more

A bit of a long story. Let me start with I love the dentist and hygienist here. However Jenny a receptionist was extremely rude with me when answering the phones after hours. I have a tooth that is infected and is being pulled this Friday. I was on antibiotics for it before which helped. However a month or so later the infection came back. When I called the answering service Saturday morning Jenny insisted the dentist would Not call me in an antibiotic without seeing me so I'd need to go to urgent care or wait till Monday. When I explained that they called them before she didn't believe me. Well I woke up Sunday morning and my entire cheek was swollen from the infection. So I called again and talked to Jenny, again she was extremely rude to me and insisted the dentist would Not call in the antibiotic. When I repeated they did last time she said "ya you said that yesterday but i find it hard to believe. I said well obviously it's abscess now and could spread to other parts of my body if not treated. She said yup and I suggest you go to the ER to get antibiotics. I asked her if she could at least call the dentist and ask if they will call me 1 days worth and I would come in the office Monday morning. She sounded very annoyed but said fine. Called me back 2 mins later and low and behold they Were willing to call in the antibiotics (7 days worth). She was rude about it "well I need to know what pharmacy" I told her and she says "I need a phone number" (with a very rude annoyed tone) I say let me Google it. So I do and read it to her. This was the most horrible experience I've ever had. You would have thought I was asking for narcotics. SMH I called back this morning (Monday) she answered the phone sweet as can be of course (during hours, with others near by) when I asked her if they wanted me to come in and get checked this morning she no just continue the medication until you get it pulled on Friday and then said I hope you feel better. WHY couldn't she have been that kind on Saturday and Sunday when I called?? I unfortunately will be finding a new dentist after being treated that poorly by a receptionist read more

I went in to see Dr. Tim for a crown (was diagnosed down in Florida and decided to come up to DHA for the rest of my treatment after an awful experience with my Florida dentist) and he was excellent! He was completely honest with me and told me the crown I had been diagnosed to get was not necessary! His honesty saved me money! I love that I can trust him! After my awful experience (four crowns and two root canals within two weeks when I was originally scheduled for four fillings) I was super nervous to be in any pain. Dr Tim and Nicole were incredible! Reassuring me they would take good care of me and checking to see how I was feeling. I felt NO pain! Absolutely NONE! It was the best dental experience I have had in years! I highly recommend Dr Tim if you have any fear of the dentist! Timely, caring, and honest! read more
