From the minute I walked in the door they treated as if I had been a patient for years, they fixed my bridge, reinstalled it to perfection and sent me on my way. Oh and one other thing, since he was covering for my Doctor there was no charge. I told the lady taking care of me I had insurance so there was no need to that, but they wouldn't hear of it. So when I met with him soon after the prelim inspection, he had about $3000 worth of work and was already trying to convince me about not worrying that I couldn't pay it because they have a payment plan that was able to take care of it. Went and got a second opinion, most of what he said wasn't true and I had a couple cavities that got filled for around 200$ after insurance. To think, I almost spent 3k on unnecessary work. I was recently laid off and will be transitioning into new insurance. I wanted to have everything taken care of while my deductible was met. The staff got me scheduled for ALL my dental work in one day! There is no way I could have had 4 filings replaced and a tooth extraction AND a root tip removal in one day anywhere else. My 10AM appointment to have two fillings replaced went exactly as scheduled- while checking out the office staff informed me of a 3pm last minute cancellation. They had me come back that afternoon for two more filling replacements. I jokingly told Dr Smith why not just pull the tooth and root tip too? And he did! I wanted to get it all out of the way as soon as possible. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time. His hygienists in the afternoon switched around my bite block and modified some things to maximize my comfort. No one loves seeing the dentist, but it's about as painless as possible with the great the great team at Frankel Dentistry! I had a consult between appointments regarding dental implants and both of the ladies who helped me were great. They gave me so much information and even got me a referral for Invisalign. I might have a little pain today, but I've definitely got a lot to smile about.

Came in for an infection in my tooth,…read morethey did X-rays, should've know they weren't smart because the lady that gave me the X-ray didn't know how to put the "X-ray piece" in my mouth. She kept hurting me, like pressing the thing against my tongue. She finally just used her fingers to hold the piece in place. Then after the doctor told me I had "new" cavities, and it wasn't from the root canal I just got from them, I asked the doctor about antibiotics and something for pain, he looked me in my eyes and told me he'd give me something for the pain, which can be excruciating. Fast forward to two days later, I'm at work and my tooth is on 10. I call the next morning @ 7:30 the tell me the doctor will call me back. 12 noon comes, I call them, they have no recollection of me calling, then they put me on hold for 10 minutes then drop me. I call back, they give me some BS excuse saying that they computers went down. Then after an 8 minute wait, then come back and tell me to alternate btw ibuprofen & Tylenol! I'm like "the doctor looked me dead in my eyes and told me, emphatically that they would give me something for pain!" She said the doctor said I should contact my PCP for that. Then why did you tell me you would handle that? I couldn't been called my PCP if that's the case. She wasn't even gone to say anything about the antibiotics I had to tell her I needed that too! Very unprofessional and Will tell everyone I know NOT to go here! Looks nice but they're very unprofessional and really only care about your insurance. They kept saying the 1st time I was there, "you got that good insurance!" I work for Chrysler and definitely will relay the message that this place sucks!!!!

I have been welcomed and treated with great care since my transfer to Dr. Becker. Both he and his staff are efficient and truly concerned about my Dental health. I am reassured that I have been given excellent care. Besides my regular 6 months check-ups, I am given prompt appointments when I become aware of something just not right within my mouth cavity. This courtesy and concern is a stress reducer. Yesterday I had an experience being scheduled in a timely manner after I noticed a cavity 2 months before my 6 month appointment. Dr. Becker and his dental assistant repaired my tooth and I did not even need numbing. My tooth looks great and my partial fits better. I also had major billing issues at almost every appointment.
