I really hope it comes back, but after everything that has happened, I have my doubts about whether it will actually return. It would be such a shame to lose such a beloved part of Stanley Park, especially one that has brought so much joy to generations of families.

The setting made it feel extra special, and I don't think the new location can ever quite replace that original experience. I know the fire department had been asking for more donations over the years to help cover the costs, so they probably tried very hard to keep it going in Stanley Park before eventually moving it. I understand that these things are expensive to maintain, but it's still so sad to say goodbye to the original Bright Nights in such a beautiful and traditional location. I'll always miss the Stanley Park version and the memories it created for so many families.
