This is the 4th time I've seen Lauryn for my eyelash extensions. She is an Artist! I will never go anywhere else...ever. You are in a "private" serene room. Not...lined up in an open room having to listen to 14 other people's conversations, phones ringing, clients speaking so loudly you cant relax. At BELIEVE, the music is barely audiable, lights low, very clean & welcoming. The salon is tastefully decorated...and did I mention clean? Don't waste your time using the Groupon called to make an appt they accidentally answered the call before business hours only to be told you have to call back when they open. They don't answer during normal business hours and they don't return calls. Clearly people want a facial and massage within a reasonable amount of time. Bad way to do business. read more

First visit here was for a facial. Worst facial I have EVER received! Then I bought a Groupon for a massage here thinking, how can you screw up a Swedish massage? Well, they booked so many Groupons, it took me weeks to get an appointment and they only had one day (Wed's from 10-4) allowed to use the Groupon. Well, that's just great if you work. Horrible experience. Bought a Groupon for eyelash extensions for Believe Skin Care Studio a couple of months ago for my wedding. Was difficult to get an appointment. Got there 20 minutes early (after working all day) to sit in the waiting area while the owner sat behind the desk and her 3 year old screamed and ran around throwing things. He was licking candies and putting them back in the bowl that was meant for clients and mashing some on the floor. He then ran up to me and started grabbing at my purse and leg with hands covered in chocolate, all while the owner sat behind the front desk ignoring him. At one point the kid even disappeared in the back without her even noticing. She would apologize and say they were leaving but was still there when I was finally called for my appointment (a half hour late). So relaxing. As if that wasn't bad enough, the girl doing my lash extensions complained about the previous girl and how she was "fixing" all of her mistakes. I told her I was getting married and wanted my eyelashes to look natural. It took her an hour and a half, maybe because she was texting while doing it. She kept saying she was adjusting the music on her phone but I could see her texting. I took one look when she finished and immediately let her know I wasn't happy. They didn't look natural at all. I got home and everybody who saw me agreed, I looked ridiculous. Also have to mention, I've had lash extensions before and never had a bad experience. I called that night to complain to the owner and to also tell her I wanted them removed, being as though I was getting married in less than a week. She told me it would be a $50 charge to remove them, and that I had to have them removed at the girl's convenience. Being as though it was a Groupon, she wasn't making any money off of the service I was furious to the point that I hung up on her. She called me back within 5 minutes telling me that she would have her remove them free of charge but I had to drive to Red Bank, this is days before my wedding, I work full time, Red Bank is 40 minutes from home and work. Suddenly she was doing me this great favor. She said she would call me in the morning to let me know what time the girl was available to remove them (I was going to have to leave work). I then went in my bathroom looked in the mirror and there was so much glue I could see it, my eyes actually were irritated. I started to rub my eyes and all of the lases started falling out into the sink. Glad I wasn't happy with them, they would have all fallen out anyway. By the next morning most of the lashes were gone. I was going to tell her forget when she called to tell me what time, didnt have the chance, she never called. Complained to Groupon, got a refund. Totally unprofessional staff, DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more
