We even spotted employees on the aisles helping customers in the pharmacy area. The restaurant inside is a Subway, and it's at the back of the store, which is nice because we're not bombarded by the "Subway smell" walking in or walking around Walmart. Most of the checkout area has been converted to self-checkout, which is tough for elderly or disabled folks, but if you wanted a cashier, many registers were open. My mom and other frequent customers feel like Walmart was short on cashiers compared to earlier in the holiday season. The parking lot is huge, but be prepared to walk. A lot of stores are in this shopping center, so it's a one-stop shop.

We were not seeking a refund but rather wanted to order the correct item , and a bit more expensive, sectionals. This has been a frustrating experience, and we hoped for more flexibility in resolving this situation. Customer service with this company ends when you pay for your purchase and it's in my opinion that your hard earned money would be better spent somewhere else.

I complained to the manager and he told me prices change too often and he had a hard time getting people to change prices on his merchandise. He gave me a gift card and I spoke to him multiple times about my dislike of shopping in a store with no prices on merchandise. Fast forward. He lands a job at this Big Lots. And guess what happens there now? Much of the merchandise is unpriced. No price on the shelf or the items. Drives me crazy. I picked up a half a dozen items from different departments yesterday to find no price! So, if you don't mind shopping that way go for it. It is another store that basically has everything from clothes, to snacks, to cleaning products, toileries and home items such as rugs, placemats, towels, and more! Store is very big, and my mom and I enjoyed looking through the aisles. Store was clean and organized, and we brought some items such as SOS, shampoo, and conditioner, some snacks, and more. This store also sells them at a discounted price, which helps. Cashier was pleasant at checkout. We paid via a credit card. Would definitely come again to check out more items!

Sounds like the other reviewers have either never stepped foot inside this store or don't know how…read morea Bin Store works. First if all, the merchandise comes from Amazon and other retail stores. It is either returned merchandise or overstock. There is usually a sticker that gives a brief description of the product with a bar code and letter/numeric item number you can scan using the Amazon app. You are not to open any boxes or packages. If you want to see what is in a box take it to the Opening Station. At the Opening Station, a staff member will open the item where you can check the contents and test to see if it works. After you are done they will tape it back up. All sales are final. I have been going to Bin Stores for a few years now. I am a frequent shopper at my local Bin store where the staff are friendly, the store is clean and they check the bins periodically during the day. I was at the beach for for almost 2 months and went to the Coastal Bin Store while I was there. This store was just as well stocked, clean and organized as my store back home. The employees were all very nice and helpful. I will definitely shop here when I am in town. I have recommended this store to my other bin store friends who have family or vacation there.
