But unlike Target and Walmart, they did have quite a few christmas items, and the best part is that all christmas items was 50% off! We found chocolate penguins, lots of gift bags, buiscuits, cookies, chocolate and more! We also found some caramel popcorn at the register. Store was pretty crowded too. There was a long line at the register but it moved quickly, and the cashier was very pleasant. Store was also organized, and they did also have lots of wrapping paper, and kids items included like Elmo Wrapping paper, which i thought was cute. Will be back for more home needs!

We did find a possible match for a dinette, but found it cheaper on Ashley's website than the posted price that was on the table. Ashley's was our next stop, so we decided to go there. Oh, and side note: they have more things in the back of their store, which is like a warehouse, and boy it gets warm in there! Oh, and nobody really bothered us there, and one associate did ask if we needed help, but we were good. Ended up not buying anything again, but oh well. And Myla didn't greet me didn't smile and said are you doing a return i can do that..well turns out she couldnt even though i had my reciept and tags on the item. She tried to tell me why but spoke so fast and wth a heavy accent and i am on chemo and don't understand things wth my medication very well. I simply said can you repeat because i didn't catch what you said because you said it fast and have a bit of an accent. She gpt mad and said im calling the manager . I thought that might help but the manager made it worse. Once she got there Myla said im not helping you and stomped off cussing . I was in shock. And the manager condonned that behavior. Even the manager Nasha had to ask her to slow down and repeat what the problem was. Again the manager didn't smile or greet me she said called me rude 3 times saying it was rude to say i didn't understand what Myla said. Itold Nasha i have cancer and didn't understand things always. And she replied that's no reason to tell her you can't understand. I was in tears .. and when i asked Myla what her name was she covered for name tag and said i don't have to give you my name. wow. I had to get out from another associate birth hers and the manager. It was New Yeaars Day. Neither said Happy New Year. Neither smilied and noone said thanks y business . And when i told them i have cancer they couldve said sorry your going through that instead of telling me that's no reason to not understand . Well they are wrong because chemo and medication does make a cancer patiant a little slow. I hold Belk responsible for allowing these 2 mean women to work wth the public. They are puctured belonw and i recorded the whole incident. Shame on them

***Late post from my Oct 2023 East Coast trip***…read more After Crabby Jack's General Store visit, I continued my journey through until my next store victim LOL. The Stupid Factory store name was interesting. What caught my eyes was a sweater that had this saying, "I'm Not Old I'm Vintage". How cute is that! I thought it was so fitting for me since I was going to turn the big *0 later in 2023 LOL so I had to check it out. It's not a very big store, but they pack it with lots of shirts and sweaters that had some absurd quotes, some thought provoking sayings, some smart words, and you name it phrases. I was chuckling along the way from rack to rack. As I made my rounds from front of the store to around it to the front of it again, I finally saw the sweater that I saw at the window. Unfortunately, they did not have my large size LOL. They only had small size and I cannot fit a small... it won't go over my head LOL. I was not a happy camper at the time, but then I got over it. I probably don't want to call myself "vintage" because I'm not that ancient yet LOL. I did end up buying one medium shirt. I normally don't get medium, but I was thinking of my eldest daughter so I gave it to her after I got home. It's a very sassy shirt. She likes it. Staff was nice. Service was good. Prices were okay. Ambiance was fine... nothing extravagant. Another must visit when you're in Myrtle Beach! If you don't want to buy anything, at least drop by and read the shirts. Some are just hilarious! Others I can't vouch for... just not funny. Of course, the business would appreciate your support and patronage. Bring back a shirt souvenir... why not, you're on vacation! P.S.
