This is a Venezuelan food truck. With some delicious authentic food! Keep up with their movement on the Facebook page, Belkis Bistro LLC that is updated often with their new locations. Set your alerts and get there early because the food is so good they sell out fast. The menu has some of the most popular Venezuelan dishes and drinks. Some menu items include arepas, empanadas, cachapacheese, and the delicious chicha and papelon with lemon. You can also get some canned beverages like Maltin. We tried one of everything on the menu and wow! . The food was fresh, the cheese was so gooey and that arepa had such a nice crisp to it! The drinks were also just as great. All the food comes with cream based sauces for you to try. I am more of a spicy sauce lover but this was a nice change. Note you may find the menu changes at each event but I have noticed the popular items like arepas and empanadas stay. The food truck is sleek, and clean! They set up some tables outside for their customers with a small tent when allowed and the service is phenomenal. The care the owners put into the food, truck and community is evident! The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. If you don't know what something is, they are more than happy to explain the dishes to you. If you love Venezuelan food give this place a try. read more

Loved the Tequeños! They also let me try the Papelon con limon and Chicha which were both amazing! Overall would HIGHLY recommend this place. Will definitely be coming back. read more

I always have to triple check ingredients or get the most basic versions of drinks so I don't hurt my stomach. This was the first time in a long time of being able to actually just look at the menu and pick what sounds good :)

I hope I can come try it again, at least the oxtail pho.

As soon as you walk in, you know this humble shop is a family owned enterprise! There's always at least one of the owners' children helping out and the very friendly Robinsons are happy to see you and give you some samples. They've been here a few months and if you ask me, the key to their success so far is that delicious popcorn!!! Our favorite is "charamel" which is a caramel cheese mix with both flavors on 1 kernel- like a caramelized cheese corn!! Sounds weird at first but it's addictive! They of course have other flavors and appear to roll out new concoctions from time to time. Just tried their jala-ring charamel, which is their charamel with a zip of jalapeno flavor! They also have a drink cooler and sell sizes from a small individual bag to a massive jumbo bag. I saw over the holidays they did tins too. Their prices are extremely reasonable. This is a great place to stop in for an inexpensive snack or treat or to pick up a gift. I hope this business keeps going and growing!
