The guy said he would tell her what was wrong and give her a price. Next day? He calls and says that she owes him over $200 and the car is ready. This is an elderly woman on a fixed income. One does NOT do that to ANYONE!!! She doesn't know how to stand up for herself and should have protested, and also called the BBB. Instead, she sends me to pay him and bring the car back. I kept my mouth shut (thanks, God!) and did as she asked, but it was truly hard to do, as I had worked for GM in the past, and these things are just NOT ethically done. Also? The repair failed one day later. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Compared his ticket to other repair places, and he is far higher. Drive a wee bit farther, people. Get better service at a lower price, and get service YOU authorized... not a surprise bill!!!
