First, I purchased from out of state. I have in writing that the vehicle needed to tagged and titled in my state. He assured me he handled this. It has still not been handled and I've received no paperwork regarding my tag and title. Second, a test drive was never offered when the truck was driven off the lot, and he was informed of a serious wobble noticed on the way home. He lied and told me it just needed to be driven, then stopped responding. All six tires were bad on a vehicle he told me had NEW tires. I know because I just paid to immediately replace them. Third, he promised the truck delivered with a full tank of gas. When I brought to his attention the truck did not have a full tank of gas, he offered to Venmo me $50, but never sent the money. Fourth, He lied to me about the truck being DEF deleted by Ford. It's only half deleted and will cost over $1000 to finish so as not to destroy the engine. I truly thought I could trust this dealership. I was dead wrong. Don't get taken like I have. See Google review for proof. Edited to update I spoke with Shane, the sales manager, who informed me they will take care of my plate "because we have no choice," but they will not honor the rest. Not only that but I had my two dogs in my car as well and it was 97 degrees outside. Not only was every person I met at this dealership kind to me, but they were concerned for the safety of my dogs. There were multiple mechanics that brought my dogs water and they even let us stay in the employee break room until my ride came to get me. One man even got some dog bowls out of his truck for me to use. They were all so kind and helpful. They performed the work very fast. They got my car around 2 or 3 on Friday, had to order a new radiator, and it was ready on Monday by 4pm. It wasnt the cheapest work but seems to be quality and I would go back. Everyone was so nice which goes a long way these days.

She said she can change the papers wording if I liked. What would that change other than a few wirds. Didn't call to say anything till she told me had to replace multiple vacuum lines. Then told me it was $329 now. What they didn't know is I sprayed all my vacuum lines with flex seal last Friday. They replaced 2 hoses that were barely 9 inches long. I will be putting them in blast and taking them to court for the additional charge for diagnosis.
