I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bell Studio and the incredible people who work there. I had ordered yearbooks for my two daughters, who attend Middle School, earlier in the school year. Unfortunately, there was some sort of mix-up, and the order wasn't showing up in the system when yearbooks were distributed. I was worried my daughters would miss the opportunity to have their friends and classmates sign their yearbooks before the end of the school year. When I contacted Bell Studio, they immediately stepped in to help. They had me come to the studio and went above and beyond by printing both yearbooks the very same day so my girls could have them in time to take to school the next day. Their kindness, understanding, and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. It's rare to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers the way Bell Studio does. They turned a disappointing situation into a wonderful experience for my family. They need to hire staff that know what a headshot is. Also when editing the work is poorly done, colors were off!

My son's school was doing picture retakes today. I unfortunately had an appointment for exactly the same time they would be at his school. I left my appointment a little early but was still a few minutes late getting there and caught them packing up, so we turned around. They noticed us leaving and offered to take his picture anyway. My son is 4 and autistic, he is non verbal so I knew this wouldn't be an easy task. He was inconsolable and crying and I was stressed. Even though they were running behind, the gentleman told me to relax and was able to get a great photo of my son, smiling even.
