I can't say enough good about this place! They are efficient and friendly. Since we're snowbirds and spend a little time in the Pacific NW, we needed a box for mail delivery. This place is fantastic. They call when something important arrives to let me know and always have smiling faces when I stop to pick it up. Plus, they'll even forward mail to me no matter where we are. We had to send back a very large area rug via Fed Ex. I called a couple of Fed Ex drop off places--no one was very helpful. Then I got ahold of the nice lady at the Letter Box--she was so awesome! We ended up driving 20 miles to have her help us wrap up the rug and send it off for us. While we were there, we watched her complete several transactions--all with a smile. For a Ebay Business I once had!' collectables, books and other artifacts I would find and shipping them worldwide thru Fedex! First time ever visiting this business. I had a sizable , framed piece of art that needed special care to ship across the country. I beat the rush apparently as I was first to the counter. The gal who helped me( I'm so sorry for not being able to remember your name! Was it Tracey?) was a fire cracker, she not only made the box, a first she said for her, she explained to one of the owners of the shop how to fax, she maintained a friendly banter with several people who came in behind me and checked with me twice as she wrapped and packed my order. I was mightily impressed. Not sure how long she has worked there, but in this day and age where employees are often subpar , she should be a keeper! I don't often have art pieces that big to ship but if I do I'll be back. The four stars is simply for the cost( couldn't be helped), and the rather abrupt way I was told by another gal in the shop that " no shipper would guarantee the glass making it in one piece." That information was welcome but the delivery of the info was a bit off putting. Over all a good experience. read more

I had to fax some documents. I came in to this location and was able to get that accomplished. After faxing I had to call the company I was faxing to and let them know it was sent. The women working were very helpful while I was trying to handle this task. read more

Have a PO type box here. Useful to have a street address for package delivery, but annoyingly poorly organized. When I drive up there to pick up my packages, I rarely get all the packages that have been delivered and often will get handed other people's packages. Twice this week did not get handed all my delivered packages. Today the owner handed me only 1 of 3 packages that had been delivered in the past few days. Before arriving it is best to know exactly what packages have been delivered so you can beg for your packages one at a time. Staff acts like they are put out by having to find my mail. The storage area is completely disorganized with mail and packages in several different rooms bound for one family name/box. Insane! So frustrating. read more
