I am extremely happy and thankful for the quality of service I received in just under a week. The receptionist and nurse were courteous and polite. Dr Patterson is the first Dr in this field that sat me down and answered all my questions in regards to my exam results w/o skipping a beat the very same day. That in itself was a surprise (usually wait for results.../not including labs) and a relief. Dr Patterson was direct in her approach, no sugar coating, told me my protocol and follow up. Ladies... she listens to you! She will answer any questions you may have! I was NOT rushed either. Key....I didn't waste her time either. I've already referred her to friends.

I love the nurse practitioner here but this has to be the worst run office I have ever seen. It…read morehas been 3 weeks and I still don't have my rx. I have had to make several trips and multiple phone calls to try to get them to do their job. They tell me they are going to send my results to the pharmacy and then they don't do it. At one point the pharmacist called me to get my results because the office told her she had to get them from me. It has been so frustrating I don't know if I can continue to be a patient here.

The place is very nice and your first visit with them they waive your copay, which is the first place I've ever seen do that. Expect to see the nurse practitioner if you're there for an annual and to see the MD if you're there for anything else. I have seen both of them and have found both of them to be personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to my concerns. I am not sure what other insurance providers they accept, but if you have Anthem and you're looking for a new OB GYN, I totally recommend this place - it's the best place I've been to see an OB.
