Especially commendable were Alex and Sabine, two nurses who interviewed me during my pre-anesthesia visit in May. I was also very surprised and elated to receive a thank you note from the entire OR staff of nurses, nurse anesthesiologist, Dr. Nuzzo, the wonderful and skillful orthopedic surgeon who performed the surgery, and his PA-C, Jared Haymore.
