Quenton is the physical therapist assigned to me. He is giving me excellent physical therapy, the best I ever had, and I can say the same for Physical Therapy Assistant, Joseph who also works with me. They are very open to feedback and questions. The dynamic process of healing generates new information, which they effectively integrate, reviewing all available data and teaching me what I need to know to support me in continuing to make progress. If you need physical therapy, go no further. Max Motion is the best. Marlene and Derrick are wonderful physical therapists and amazing people. They truly care and stay up to date on the newest recommendations. They work well with the doctors/surgeons, including special protocols. The front desk staff are also top notch. Everyone is kind and genuinely care. After 2 ACL reconstruction surgeries and a lot of post-op rehab, rest assured I would go nowhere else for my physical therapy needs in the future. My knee is feeling better but I'm going to miss the folks at Max Motion! Especially Chris' candy bowl at the front desk! The clinic was very tidy. The staff makes sure to sanitize the exam tables and change the pillow cases between each patient. Everyone (including the other people doing PT) is friendly. I saw both Marlene and Derick during my treatment. They were very knowledgeable yet explained things so I could understand them. At first I thought they'd have me doing little stretches but I felt the burn every time! Marlene provided me which a print out of stretches to do at home, which was very useful. She also discussed my running with me. I came in because I was limping around due to knee pain but this weekend I ran a 10k in record time (by that I mean a personal record). Thank you, Max Motion! Max Motion is a fantastic place to do Physical Therapy. Marlene & Derick are great at what they do. You are always welcomed with a warm smile from Chris at the front desk and Reba working on the computer behind Chris. The atmosphere in the clinic is cool with the mix of music genres playing while you do your thing. This is not an assembly line type of establishment where quantity overrides quality. The therapist are meticulous in what they do with each patient that comes through the door. Never a dull moment when you are there because the crew will somehow manage to make you smile and laugh too. I had shoulder surgery. Monica & David walked me through 6 weeks of range-of-motion and strengthening exercises. They were knowledgeable and professional. They were also friendly and fun loving; which made the process much easier to take. They gave me hope and confidence that I would be back to normal in time. I went to Max Motion because I had some knee pain for several months. Now, after less than four weeks, I can go hiking again. To keep my knees strong I have to continue my exercises at home. The staff at Max Motion is friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere in the gym is very pleasant. David did very good deep soft tissue massage that helped a lot. He noticed that I needed heat - not ice as usual - as some muscles were contracted and needed to relax. He told me to use heat at home daily. I used Max Motion for Physical Therapy on my knee. Marlene was great, as well as the entire staff from the point of checking in. It's like one big happy family, to include the other patients who are there for treatment. The facility is clean. There are plenty pieces of equipment to work on. I like the fact that Marlene structures your program towards the type of movements that you will normally be doing after you finish with them. I have used other PTs in Sierra Vista, but really like Max Motion and would highly recommend them! read more
