I was charged an extra month's rent even though I had canceled and I had called the manager, Eban Foster, after I had not received a response to my email. Eban started the phone call by laughing at me and told me that there is a lock on the unit even though I had photos that said there wasn't. He told me that if I wanted to talk about this further I had to come down to the office and hung up on me. When I arrived at the office, he was sitting at his desk but had placed a handwritten note on the door that said the office was closed. I ultimately had to contact Story County Sheriff and my credit card company in order to get this corrected. Avoid this company.

My recent Sunday morning load of laundry was done there in Boone, as Squeaky Clean's outpost in Ames didn't provide any means for obtain quarters. There were no such issues here in Boone, aside from having to feed more quarters in than I expected. The Laundromat itself was clean and spacious, and with plenty of washers, dryers, and folding tables available. Fellow patrons were a mix of families, single adults, and students. There was also a clean restroom available and easy access to my car and the street. The bottom line was that my clothes came out clean and dry.

At least they use Speed Queen top loaders from WI. American made machines. 2 stars only because of prices.

The programs here are really good ones, from different exercise classes to music to mourning meetings(for those who have lost loved ones). There's a Bistro in the middle which serves folks until 2 or 3. Each weekday. They have an adult daycare on the west end of the building. Lot parking. Great staff. Reasonable prices for different activities.
