They sent me the wrong thing by accident and then made sure they sent the right thing to me by checking with me and mailed out the correct part the next day along with an apology. These small values are what will keep them open forever and keep me a customer for life.

Since I tried both small and large dealerships with same results decided to try luck at buying an engine. Our mechanic found engine online at Carney & Sons with around 50K mileage for very reasonable price. The delivery charge to Des Moines was also quite reasonable and even delivered the short week of Thanksgiving. The reason waited so long to review is that wanted to ensure engine lived up to expectation. No longer have Camry but the engine worked flawlessly and provided great piece of mind. I got a flat tire in a parking lot while picking up dinner the other night. Before I even had time to make the call, a gentleman pulled up and began placing a jack under my car. He then told me I could keep the jack as he and his family run a salvage yard here in town. That gentleman's name was Chris Bell and he saved me an enormous amount of time and anger that evening. A good man who went out of his way to help me like that deserves a shout out and good review.
