Ms Simona and Ms Lyndsey are rockstars in that office! They answered every single question that me and my husband had from the very beginning and never made us feel like we were a burden. Infertility is incredibly scary and exhausting and we thought that having a baby wasn't going to happen for us, but they helped take that burden off of us and helped us stay positive. Through the many tests and appointments we were blessed with a positive pregnancy after 2.5 years of trying. From the start, it felt different. They put me in a massage chair with moist heat (which already had me feeling human again), then Dr. Jon actually sat down and talked through what was going on before jumping into anything. The adjustment itself was exactly what I needed, and they didn't just send me on my way after--finished things off with ice and a TENS unit which helped calm everything down. What really stuck with me though was how much they cared. I wasn't a long-term patient, they knew I was just passing through, but you'd never know it. The main thing they wanted to do is message therapy to include areas you don't have issues with ( just burning time and money). You are in an open area with tables lined up where they had numerous employees working on people openly, talking to each other, complaining about the place, counting their days to leave and the list goes on (how about concentrating on the treatment). You felt like cattle being brought in and out. They then push overpriced equipment on you to burn up your money while you're at one of your lowest points of life (A employee saw this and told me don't get anymore stuff). The only thing is at what they thought was the end of my PIP when asked why I wasn't getting real treatment I was advised they were afraid to treat me. Unfortunately for them I had extended medical with a lot more money and took my business elsewhere. They even had the nerve to tell me that I needed to tell anyone else of my medical issues. I then went to a real rehab facility that produced life changing results. What was crazy is their sorry selves tried to get me to come back.
