On two separate occasions, I provided a photo of a dress and clearly asked for arrangements that matched the dress colors, ideally accented with white. I even mentioned they could take some creative liberties. Both times, I received the exact same plain white arrangement, with no effort to incorporate the requested colors. While the final products looked nice, they did not reflect what I specifically asked for--and what I was paying for. It's frustrating to feel ignored as a customer, especially after giving clear direction more than once. Because of this lack of attention and poor execution, I won't be returning and cannot recommend this florist to others.

I used their website to describe what we wanted, and they fulfilled the order with no issues. On arrival, you have to leave your shoes outside (it's still temple grounds). And inside, you'll wonder where all the flowers are. But they're ordering and using floral supplies as they need them. And my garlands were beautiful. They even helped me take them home in a large, styrofoam cooler The people were very friendly. And the small shop inside will also sell you other Indian and Hindu paraphernalia and snacks. Disappointed with a recent experience involving a delivery made to the wrong address…read more Unfortunately, not only was the delivery error not corrected, but the situation was also handled in a way that I found deeply troubling. When we called (understandably upset) to inquire about the misdelivery of a ~$200 purchase, the employee we spoke with implied that our concern stemmed from bias--apparently because the delivery driver was an immigrant. This assumption is entirely unfounded. We are strongly supportive of immigrants, and to equate our dissatisfaction with a service issue to prejudice is inappropriate and, frankly, discriminatory from your own employee to another. -Again, why would an employee equate poor job performance on the basis of being an immigrant? - This seems to be rather racist in itself. Being unable to follow GPS directions or deliver to the correct address is a matter of job performance, not nationality or background. Suggesting otherwise shifts responsibility away from the actual issue and unfairly labels a customer raising a legitimate concern when a delivery is not sent to the address that was given. We've used this florist several times in the past and have always been pleased with the service, which makes this situation all the more disappointing.
